I certainly appreciate all of Jim McLoed's (Mount Valley Representative) time in answering my questions and re-visiting my aunt's home prior to your service. Also, the crew leader and his crew were very professional. In fact, the foreman thoroughly explained not only the process beforehand but also instructed me afterwards on who/what, etc., I needed to complete the aesthetics inside. Thank you for all of your help.

Signs of Foundation Failure

There are many warning signs that the foundation of your home is being affected by the changing soil conditions around your home. Usually there are small noticeable cosmetic problems that become more noticeable over time. If you're seeing any of these foundation problems, we can help with a free estimate for foundation repairs. Some of the most common cosmetic problems are pictured below:

Cracked Brick

Cracked bricks are often the clearest indicator that your foundation is settling.  It's an important time to act quickly because typically this will get worse over time.

Leaning Chimney

Your chimney is likely the heaviest part of your house.  It's one of the most common portions of homes to settle.  When this happens, it becomes a safety hazard.

Frame Separation

Window or door frames will often begin to separate when your foundation is settling.
