Jack Jeffords is THE BEST‼️‼️ He is very thorough and makes sure that you are well aware of what’s going on under your house. He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. And if there is a problem, you are aware of the problem and he gives you a plan of action to correct the issue. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE‼️ I only want to work with him because he is very knowledgeable about what’s going on with your home.

The customer service was great in the beginning when your company was trying to sell me a big contract but after they sold me the contract, installed the encapsulation and received payment the customer service is trash. I’ve called twice about questions pertaining to the thermostat and nobody has ever called me back. I wanted to get pictures of the finished work they did under my house and they said that was against company policy. There’s another problem I had with the installation but I don’t want to post it publicly. The work under the house was great but the customer service is awful. They really fooled me because I thought the customer service would be great for years to come but I don’t think it will if it’s a struggle to get help like it is now. The service in the beginning is nowhere near the service at the end. I hope the owner contacts me so I can fill him in on what’s happening to me. I don’t think it’s right at all.UPDATE:I am now in contact with Argie and she’s restored some of my confidence with this company. She’s attentive to my needs, concerned about what’s important to me, responds back to me in a TIMELY MANNER and treats me like she would want to be treated as a customer. If you need something done with this company contact ARGIE. THANK YOU ARGIE!!!I had my house repiped yesterday and while the guys were installing it they let me know what the installers did incorrectly while encapsulating my house. The front sump pump was full of water and not draining because it had no electrical connection. It had no electrical connection because the installers didn't even bother to plug it in. The sump pump wasn't put where it was supposed to be put according to the blueprints because the installers didn't want to dig far enough to place it in the correct spot. My front yard is full of water because the installers from Mount Valley didn't point the pipe down so it can drain properly and it's sitting vertically just filling my yard up with water. The installers left my backyard full of trash, rotted plywood, rock piles and tools when they left. They also busted my pipe in the front yard by hitting it with a shovel and left it for me to find. I appreciate you fixing it but wanted to let you know how mad I am with the installation mistakes I've found so far. I would like someone who had nothing to do with the installation come over and look at the work so I can make sure my house doesn't fall apart because things weren't done right. Please contact me when you can so I can get these things fixed.

I was having a lot of issues with my home including health issues, I first notice a crack in the Sheetrock above the corner of a window, it just kept getting larger, I also seem to have a lot of moisture under the house that was causing the installation under the floor to fall and you could see mildew and mold growing on everything under there. My and I both could smell a musty smell when the AC came on, I’m allergic to about everything and for the past 3 years I have been having constant Sinus infections, I noticed that when we went on vacation My sinus would clear up but soon as I was back home the infections started back, thats when I searched the internet and found Mount Valley Foundation Service, They sent out John Penn, he went under the house for about an hour took pictures check structure and we sat down and looked it all over well not only did I have mildew and mold and moisture problems but look like in the winter snakes would hide out in the installation, he told me what options I had and we’ll I jumped on the chance to eliminate all these issues, John new his stuff and it showed, they sent a crew out to start the work, Damion and David really did a great job at getting that job done right, I could not be anymore happier right now, I could go under there with a sleeping bag and fell clean and safe. Thanks to all the guys who came out and did the work you said you would do. I’ll try and put a few before and after pics.

Robert Dunal and Mickeal Joe did an excellent job encapsulating our crawlspace. They are extremely professional and have an attention to detail that speaks volumes to their character and work ethic. It was great talking with them while I looked over their work as they were finishing up, and even though it was late they made sure to expend the extra effort to thoroughly inspect the seals around the door and sump pump. All the while they had nothing but good things to say about Mount Valley. These guys have really given us peace of mind with their work.Lastly, John Penn did an excellent job coming out and explaining the conditions of our crawlspace and his recommendations. It has been an overall great experience working with this company.

It was so nice for a change to have a service provider arrive on time and provide exactly what I expected. Alex Myers and his crew; Cedric Kensley, Omar Cummings, Raeqwan-White Robinson, got right to work and did an outstanding job. Alex called to let me know when they were 30 mins out, greeted me, introduced himself and shook my hand. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the demeanor of his crew. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with their work. Plus, Alex took photos so I didn’t have to crawl under the house to inspect the results. Job was quoted, accepted, and then they followed through exactly as promised. Mike Zelewski went above and beyond my expectations getting the huge job done when promised. We have a 3 year old son so getting our basement fixed was #1 priority. MVFS made us feel like they respected that. I 100% recommend them for any foundation service needs. My job was 60 linear feet, 12 inches wide, about 5 inches deep. Closed gutter system into sump pump. All interior walk out basement. They also installed vapor barrier on all interior block walls.
