Mark Duncan came by to inspect my footer drain and sump pump that was installed 2 years earlier. After identifying issues that was preventing proper drainage he came back out after hours and fixed my problem. It was so nice for a change to have a service provider arrive on time and provide exactly what I expected. Alex Myers and his crew; Cedric Kensley, Omar Cummings, Raeqwan-White Robinson, got right to work and did an outstanding job. Alex called to let me know when they were 30 mins out, greeted me, introduced himself and shook my hand. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the demeanor of his crew. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with their work. Plus, Alex took photos so I didn’t have to crawl under the house to inspect the results. Today we met Dickie Walters, field inspector, for mount valley foundation. He was everything you would want in a consultation about something as nerve racking as foundation issues. He was personable to the point where it felt comfortable, yet professional enough still to trust what he was saying. He spent a great deal of time walking through each room, assessing the house, and answering all of my questions, which were a lot!! I feel very confident about there products and services because of how Dickie conducted himself . I look forward to working with them. Feeling grateful !
