I’m not being paid by this company and it was just an estimate, the way they handled themselves is the reason I wanted to recognize them and more importantly Mr. Herren.

From Jeff who initially assessed my crawlspace needs, to Damian, David, Joquise and Roderick, everyone was professional, respectful and courteous.The work included replacement of 6 cinder block peers, steel beam installation and crawl space encapsulation. The team explained their work each day and answered any questions I had about the process and materials. I had a thorough walk through upon job completion which was consistent with their process during the job.I would highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation and use them again should the need arise.

Yesterday Mt Valley did foundation work for us. The following guys did a great job:Dondre Pondexter, Patrick Escwien and Scott Wingard. Scott kept us informed during the whole process. They went above and beyond to fix some issues caused by duct work done the day before. I highly recommend this company. Todd Lee did the estimate and came by also to check on the job. Thanks Todd.

Jack Jeffords is THE BEST‼️‼️ He is very thorough and makes sure that you are well aware of what’s going on under your house. He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. And if there is a problem, you are aware of the problem and he gives you a plan of action to correct the issue. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE‼️ I only want to work with him because he is very knowledgeable about what’s going on with your home.

I had Andrew, Darrell, and E.J. out today to fix a sagging floor and was so pleased with how efficient and respectful they were. I work from home and take a lot of calls and it was such a relief to know they could get going without needing anything from me, they were true professionals. A few hours later and everything is looking normal in my home again. Great experience all around!!
