Mount Valley came out today to fix my front walkway that had settled and was uneven. Yiannis and Landon were very nice and did a great job with my walkway. We scheduled three appointments with local foundation companies to get estimates on jack placement in our crawlspace. All were professional and.provided information, photos and pricing. We chose Mount Valley because of interaction with John Penn. Pricing was competitive but we felt most informed and confident with John and Mount.Valley. He was available and prompt to answer questions and concerns. On installation day, Tommy and crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and quickly went to work. They were a cohesive team and had the job completed in a few hours. We have been very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Mount Valley.

The work was performed on my pool deck today by Austin and Michael and I am very happy with the work. As promised they called when they were in their way and arrived on time. Before the work was started we talked about my expectations and we were in agreement about the work to be performed. They explained the process and told me what to expect. I watched as they began the process and asked a few questions which they took the time to answer. When the job was completed I inspected the work and asked if they could fix something to my satisfaction. They happily agreed and added the few minor touchups. When they were finished I again inspected the work and was very happy with the final product. Austin and Michael explained the warranty and told me about the annual inspection. I was very pleased with the work that Austin and Michael performed along with the patience with all my questions and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Austin and Michael.
