I have a small house built in about 1979 or 1980. I've owned the house since it was about a year old. There are a few floors that are noticeably unlevel and increasingly I've noticed more of the floors being a bit bouncy. The house is just over 1,000 square feet, brick on all sides except for a back porch, not included in square footage, that was added about 20 years ago. The porch/deck is also bouncy. I would like to get an estimate on correcting the issue with the main house, and discuss anything else of relevance. Secondary, I would like to understand if it's worth it to correct the porch/deck. I'm mostly retired and usually out and about on my motorcycle, so if we are to set an appointment for an estimate I would prefer if we could do so by email. At this point, I can be free as early as this afternoon, or anytime on 3/20 or 3/22 of this week. Next week 3/25-3/27 are open, as well s the afternoon of 3/28. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

I bought this house and the original homeowner told me that Mount valley added piers and that U could get the warranty transferred to me. Pleas let me know how to do this. Thank you, John Newlin

My front porch is a concrete slab that has cracks in it, several windows indoors are out of square, And my crawl space is inaccessible due to erosion and on sandy soil.
