I wanted to express my appreciation for everything you guys have done. I bought a home about 8 years ago that had a lifetime transferable warranty that gave me peace of mind at the time of sale. Mount Valley has never received one dime from me and has been out to do repairs twice. I can't tell you how much that means to me and my family. If your looking for a company who delivers on service after the sale. Look no farther. These guys are incredible! Thanks again!!

The crew you sent out this morning to do by foundation was excellent. The crew chief explained the process as they went along. As usual, I was nervous about the process, however the way he explained and took time to show me the process again

Hi my home is on a slab. When about to have laminate flooring installation, they found our moisture level of the slab to be too high to lay the laminate (even though we passed the moisture reading 3 weeks prior). The levels rose after we had a lot of rain. We are fairly sure the moisture is a result of the grading of the backyard, but we need someone to help us determine what may be causing the issue, and steps to address the issue. Thank you!
