From consultation through completion of work, everyone was the consummate professional. The installer’s work exceeded expectations. Every stage of work was thoroughly explained. Truly, I didn’t know that there was so much junk in my crawl space to be removed. Nonetheless, all loose items were removed.The installation to include removing junk was a full three days. I would definitely recommend the full package to include dehumidifier as advertised. Now, I wait for return on investment ((ROI) – lowering of inside dust and energy efficiency. I discovered a crack in the front corner of my brick home. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Geddie when Mount Valley corrected a sagging corner of my neighbors home, and asked Chris to look at my situation. He came with an entire set of state-of-the-art measuring tools, and recommended support of my foundation where the crack had occurred. The 3 man technical team the Service leader, Juan, dispatched, led by Foreman Oscar Mota, came and installed four piers supporting the foundation, which helped close the crack in the wall substantially. Mount Valley's warrantee has given me the piece of mind that I will not be bothered by foundation issues for life. Oscar and his team did a fantastic, quick, and very clean installation, and left my property in great shape. The team went the extra mile to clean up and restore the site to it's original appearance. If you need foundation help, you will not go wrong with Mount Valley Foundation Services!

This review is for Jon Geddie with Mountain Valley Foundations, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the very first phone call, Jon was professional, courteous, and attentive. When we scheduled the appointment, he showed up exactly when he said he would — which already speaks volumes about his character. But what really impressed us was what happened next. Jon didn’t just “look around” and throw together a quick estimate. He took his time — real time — to thoroughly inspect everything. He crawled underneath the crawlspace, carefully examined the foundation, inspected the cross members, and checked every area where there could potentially be an issue. He was methodical, detailed, and incredibly thorough. It was clear he genuinely cared about understanding the full scope of the situation rather than just selling a service. We originally reached out for an estimate on encapsulation, but Jon made sure no stone was left unturned. He explained what he was seeing in clear, understandable terms — not technical jargon that leaves you confused. He broke down the pricing step by step and walked us through financing options that are available. There was zero pressure. Just honesty and information. What really stood out to us was his integrity. Jon didn’t rush us. He didn’t push us. He didn’t make us feel like we were “just another job.” He gave us space to think, answered every question patiently, and made sure we were comfortable and confident in what was being discussed. He even pointed out additional services and features the company offers that could benefit us in the future — not in a sales-driven way, but in a helpful, informative way. Beyond his professionalism, Jon is simply a great human being. He is knowledgeable, respectful, well-mannered, and genuinely pleasant to be around. We actually sat down and enjoyed lunch together while he was here, and at no point did he seem rushed or distracted. That speaks volumes. In today’s world, it’s rare to meet someone who blends professionalism with such authenticity and kindness. Jon is reliable, trustworthy, and follows through on what he says he will do — and then goes above and beyond. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in representing Mountain Valley Foundations the right way. Yesterday the actual work was completed by Hector and Jamison and their work and customer service was impeccable. Very refreshing this day in age you can still find companies that “get it” and it is reflected by their personnel. Keep up the great work Mount Valley. We scheduled three appointments with local foundation companies to get estimates on jack placement in our crawlspace. All were professional and.provided information, photos and pricing. We chose Mount Valley because of interaction with John Penn. Pricing was competitive but we felt most informed and confident with John and Mount.Valley. He was available and prompt to answer questions and concerns. On installation day, Tommy and crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and quickly went to work. They were a cohesive team and had the job completed in a few hours. We have been very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Mount Valley.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with contractors, start to finish. Our basement was flooding during every heavy rain. We called a few companies and settled on Mount Valley for their reviews and response. They came out, quoted us a great price for a lot of work, and a few weeks later showed up to do it. Upon arrival, the site supervisor noticed that the layout we'd drawn up might not work with the water issues we were having. He made the change on site, got everything where it needed to be, and was out on time. The work ended up being less, and Mount Valley submitted a change order to actually give me my savings. John, Jeremy, Desmond, and Marty were all excellent communicators, diligent workers, and I couldn't be happier. Truly a pleasure of an experience. I wish Mount Valley could do my electrical and plumbing work next.

We discovered that we had an issue with our sump pump. The pump was not removing the water from underneath our house. Mark Duncan came out and spent several hours cleaning out the pump and running fresh water through the system. Now the pump works great! He also cleaned up any mud and dirt that he tracked in underneath the house. I was very impressed with the finished job.

There were some challenges during the first day of repairs, but what stood out to me was how quickly and effectively the team addressed them. David, the field superintendent, took the initiative to conduct a new inspection, reevaluate the situation, and develop a thorough action plan to resolve the issues. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work were evident throughout the process, and his communication kept me informed every step of the way. The project took longer than expected due to some unforeseen complications, but David and the team stayed committed to doing the job correctly. David went above and beyond, documenting the process with photos and maintaining constant communication, which gave me peace of mind. An example of their meticulous work was when they identified a significant hole in my HVAC return duct during the repairs. Not only did they alert me to the issue, but David and his team also took the time to patch it with HVAC tape I had on hand, a kind and thoughtful gesture that has allowed me to address the problem fully. Garrett, one of the repair technicians, was also exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication were evident in every interaction. Adding to the complexity of the situation, my home was undergoing hurricane damage repairs with other contractors frequently on-site. The Mountain Valley Foundation team worked seamlessly with them, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. Their adaptability and cooperation with other professionals highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. In the end, Mountain Valley Foundation delivered high-quality work and ensured my foundation repairs were completed correctly. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and the care they showed throughout the process. Thank you, David, Garrett, and the entire team for your outstanding efforts!

I learned that 3 rooms were lower than the rest of the house and that Mount Valley had the fix! Austin and Michael promptly arrived and injected the polymer through the flooring into the ground. I found the pair to be quite knowledgeable and personable. They answered every question I had leaving me feeling very informed for the next house I buy. They were respectful of my home regarding routing their hose into my home and leaving the area as clean as possible afterwards. I'm very satisfied with Mount Valley's approach to foundation fixed.

Okay. I thought that I wrote a review for Mt. Valley last year for the work that was done in October, 2025. Since last year, all who have come to do other work on my home have been impressed by the work that was done by Messiah and the team of men that worked with him. The team was very professional and explained everything, clearly, that had to be done. They had no problems answering my questions. I've had two concerns since the work and Mt. Valley came out right away to check out my concerns. I am pleased with the service that has been given to me. Groundwork has taken over or merged, I don't know. I've since had to get pier work done due to a foundation issue as of July 8, 2026. So, Groundworks has come out to do the work. It is not completed yet. The inspection has to be done. He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home 360 degree outside, a very detailed inspection of the problems we had inside and went under our house to look at the foundation. He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. And if there is a problem, you are aware of the problem and he gives you a plan of action to correct the issue. We found a leak under my crawlspace, called the plumber because we thought it was the pipes and he informed us that it was a foundation leak and there was nothing wrong with the pipes. Well, we had heard about you guys because some friends used you for a project at their home and Daniel came out. He was professional. I asked him to use a mask and he.immediately Complied with the request. We sat at the table had a detailed discussion he was very friendly gave a lot of information very knowledgeable and thank God we did not need the service because he found nothing after his inspection but if I ever need help again in this type of way, I would be more than glad to call you guys because Daniel left a lasting impression.

They were able to get us scheduled really quickly and Jerrod, Antino and Tevin did an amazing job with the repair. Our sloping floors are now even again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We hired Mount Valley Foundation Services to stabilize and level the floor in our 42 year home and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They added intellijacks and a support beam in the crawlspace below our sagging floor and leveled it. The work team, led by Ron, was friendly and professional and made sure we were completely happy with our floor before they were done. The field supervisor, Phillip, then came in and confirmed the work was completed according to the engineering specification and approved. We highly recommend Mount Valley.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mount Valley Foundation, specifically Jonathan Geddie. Jonathan came to my home on his personal time—a Sunday!—which speaks volumes about his dedication. He was polite, punctual, and arrived at the time we agreed on. He came highly recommended by a mutual friend, and he lived up to every bit of that praise. Jonathan politely knocked at my front door and introduced himself. It was at this point I realized he was with Mount Vally. Jonathan listened to my wants and had coffee with us before he inspected my crawlspace. He WAS underneath for awhile and I even started to worry about his well being until he came back to the front door and politely knocked again, which is appreciated in a household full of dogs. He asked if we were ready to see the pictures; we weren't. We were actually ready to eat! With the bountiful amount of chili my partner made we invited him to eat with us, and he filled our hearts by acceptingour invitation. We shared a meal and moments that felt like we have known each other for years! We felt so completely comfortable & truly enjoyed his company. After we got to the bottom of our bowls it was time to see what actual took so long underneath the house, and boy!- we were had no clue. Jonathan went into detail of the areas of concern with pictures to prove it. Jonathan went through each picture with us. Unlike the other three companies I called, Jonathan didn’t just give me a price; he showed me the mold, standing water, and rotten beams through photos. He saved me from a huge mistake—encapsulating a house that was structurally unsound. He made sure all my questions were answered. I’m starting with my structural repairs now with my partners workers from his company, but Mount Valley will be the only ones I call for the drainage and encapsulation once that’s finished! We would have loved to have Mount Valley do the whole project for us, but unfortunately we are not ballers like that. But after seeing the videos that was presented at the time of our inspection and after listening to other companies, we will definitely have Jonathan back over to sign a contract! Not just because of our wonderful experience with Jonathan , but also because Mount Valley offers a 2 year same as cash financing, and that is an incredible offer and ver manageable for us! Jonathan Geddie at Mount Valley Foundation provides a level of service you just don't see anymore and we plan on having him back at the end of summer! Ask for Jonathan Geddie, you will be glad you did. Thank me later.

Have cracks in walls and uneven doors, walls separating from ceiling. Contacted Mt Valley for an estimate. Dylan L. arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Did a great job of informing me what his company could do to fix. I found the bid expensive, so I had 2 more estimates. Both were lower than Mt. Valley- yet doing the same thing. The warranty states they do not guarantee that the cracks will come together, that the windows won't stick and that if any plumbing gets messed up it's all on me. Unfortunately all the foundation companies I contacted have the same warranty. Can't see the reason to hire a "foundation" company vs a general contractor to just add a support beam under this 1000 Sq ft house. Dylan is good at what he does, however I just can not afford "the best".

We are happy to leave an outstanding review for Kevin A and Harley for the work they did for us to stabilize our concrete slab. They went above and beyond to complete the work on a Sunday with very short notice. They were very willing to explain all of the procedures and answer any questions we had. They were polite and conscientious. They left everything clean and took careful attention to look out for walls and baseboards. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again for any future needs.
