Robert Dunal and Mickeal Joe did an excellent job encapsulating our crawlspace. They are extremely professional and have an attention to detail that speaks volumes to their character and work ethic. It was great talking with them while I looked over their work as they were finishing up, and even though it was late they made sure to expend the extra effort to thoroughly inspect the seals around the door and sump pump. All the while they had nothing but good things to say about Mount Valley. These guys have really given us peace of mind with their work.Lastly, John Penn did an excellent job coming out and explaining the conditions of our crawlspace and his recommendations. It has been an overall great experience working with this company.

My old house needs some love and I had concerns about my flooring. But after working with Elliot, my worries were put to rest. He arrived promptly and listened carefully. He was a great sport about shimmying into the crawl space where he immediately encountered a dead rat, which didn't faze him a bit. Thankfully it's only a subfloor issue. Elliot explained a couple of ways to go about fixing it. I will definitely be using Mount Valley Foundation to replace the subfloor when the time comes to move on this project. So thankful to be worry-free! A+++++++

Chris was very professional and did a thorough job of explaining everything they needed to complete to make the crawl space up to standards. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

I recently had foundation work completed by Mount Valley Foundation at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team, Jarrod, Mason, and Kincade demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained the underlying problems, and offered a practical plan that fit both my needs and budget. The three man crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean and safe. They communicated progress throughout the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mount Valley Foundation, specifically Jonathan Geddie. Jonathan came to my home on his personal time—a Sunday!—which speaks volumes about his dedication. He was polite, punctual, and arrived at the time we agreed on. He came highly recommended by a mutual friend, and he lived up to every bit of that praise. Jonathan politely knocked at my front door and introduced himself. It was at this point I realized he was with Mount Vally. Jonathan listened to my wants and had coffee with us before he inspected my crawlspace. He WAS underneath for awhile and I even started to worry about his well being until he came back to the front door and politely knocked again, which is appreciated in a household full of dogs. He asked if we were ready to see the pictures; we weren't. We were actually ready to eat! With the bountiful amount of chili my partner made we invited him to eat with us, and he filled our hearts by acceptingour invitation. We shared a meal and moments that felt like we have known each other for years! We felt so completely comfortable & truly enjoyed his company. After we got to the bottom of our bowls it was time to see what actual took so long underneath the house, and boy!- we were had no clue. Jonathan went into detail of the areas of concern with pictures to prove it. Jonathan went through each picture with us. Unlike the other three companies I called, Jonathan didn’t just give me a price; he showed me the mold, standing water, and rotten beams through photos. He saved me from a huge mistake—encapsulating a house that was structurally unsound. He made sure all my questions were answered. I’m starting with my structural repairs now with my partners workers from his company, but Mount Valley will be the only ones I call for the drainage and encapsulation once that’s finished! We would have loved to have Mount Valley do the whole project for us, but unfortunately we are not ballers like that. But after seeing the videos that was presented at the time of our inspection and after listening to other companies, we will definitely have Jonathan back over to sign a contract! Not just because of our wonderful experience with Jonathan , but also because Mount Valley offers a 2 year same as cash financing, and that is an incredible offer and ver manageable for us! Jonathan Geddie at Mount Valley Foundation provides a level of service you just don't see anymore and we plan on having him back at the end of summer! Ask for Jonathan Geddie, you will be glad you did. Thank me later.

Our first introduction to MVF was very positive an professional. Dan Rubenstein listened to our concerns and after an exchange of possibilities came back to us (within an hour and a half) with a plan; computerized, color-keyed, drawing and a contract with pricing and warranties, etc. Our experience on the work performed was all positive. A side note should mention our location compared to their base of operation did require flexibility with scheduling but Kevin and Michael worked very hard to make everything happen as possible and we appreciated their efforts. Michael and Kevin did not waste time and were always open to any questions we had or observations I made. We are only days out from the work they completed but they assured us of the Company's warranties and their work performed as well as encouraging us to call if we ever have a question.

Daniel came out to inspect and pleasantly told us great news; that our concerns were cosmetic and not serious signs of a crumbling foundation. I very much appreciate Daniel’s honesty with me. We found a leak under my crawlspace, called the plumber because we thought it was the pipes and he informed us that it was a foundation leak and there was nothing wrong with the pipes. Well, we had heard about you guys because some friends used you for a project at their home and Daniel came out. He was professional. I asked him to use a mask and he.immediately Complied with the request. We sat at the table had a detailed discussion he was very friendly gave a lot of information very knowledgeable and thank God we did not need the service because he found nothing after his inspection but if I ever need help again in this type of way, I would be more than glad to call you guys because Daniel left a lasting impression.

I found the pair to be quite knowledgeable and personable. They answered every question I had leaving me feeling very informed for the next house I buy. He made us both feel comfortable as he went through every detail of the company and how they operate. Also, when he started to evaluate our home he was very thorough and gave us every detail and information to how to solve our foundation issues. After consulting multiple local companies after my daughter's first home purchase, this was the only company that responded promptly and professionally. Anderson Pusey was our point of contact, and from that initial consultation, not only was it obvious he was knowledgeable, but it was also evident he is passionate about helping people and following through on his commitment to his customers. Never have I experienced this level of dedication with any contractor. Having a "sales" person exhibit the level of care and service that Anderson has from start to finish is unheard of. Patrick came out the same day I called in to have a quote for my jacks and was very informative. He spent over three hours inspecting my perimeter inspecting every area of my crawlspace. What I am intending to do is take down a weight-bearing wall between two living room rooms and I called Mount Valley Foundation-NOW called Groundworks. Patrick provided me with the most detailed explanation about my crawlspace. I have not used This company yet, as I am still getting other quotes but I will say this is a serious consideration. The prices were reasonable very reasonable and he was applying a 15% discount to that as well. Professionalism was on point. Detailed oriented and provided me with 47 pictures of my crawlspace. Thank you for coming out taking the time without trying to be a pushy salesman. I will be using you For this project.

Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

David, the field superintendent, took the initiative to conduct a new inspection, reevaluate the situation, and develop a thorough action plan to resolve the issues. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work were evident throughout the process, and his communication kept me informed every step of the way. The project took longer than expected due to some unforeseen complications, but David and the team stayed committed to doing the job correctly. David went above and beyond, documenting the process with photos and maintaining constant communication, which gave me peace of mind. An example of their meticulous work was when they identified a significant hole in my HVAC return duct during the repairs. Not only did they alert me to the issue, but David and his team also took the time to patch it with HVAC tape I had on hand, a kind and thoughtful gesture that has allowed me to address the problem fully. Garrett, one of the repair technicians, was also exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication were evident in every interaction. Adding to the complexity of the situation, my home was undergoing hurricane damage repairs with other contractors frequently on-site. The Mountain Valley Foundation team worked seamlessly with them, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. Their adaptability and cooperation with other professionals highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. In the end, Mountain Valley Foundation delivered high-quality work and ensured my foundation repairs were completed correctly. When I set up the appointment, I was afraid I'd feel pressured to use the service. Bradley Dixon, with the Greenville/Spartanburg office, was very courteous. I found him to very honest. Since there is a minimum upfront cost, and my project was very small, I decided to leave the sidewalk the way it was. Bradley was fine with my decision and didn't try to change my mind. If I ever have another project, I will certainly call them first.

We had an encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump installed, jacks installed, and a new steel support beam installed in our crawl space and couldn’t be more happy with the results.
