I was very fortunate to call Mount Valley foundation services to repair our dehumidifier in our basement. The diagnosis and service provided by Scott Berger the technician was over the top. He knows his stuff very well. He not only repaired the issue, but was able to check on the warranty and replace the unit at no cost to me. Definitely recommend these guys.

Mount Valley Foundation continues to exceed my expectations. Ron, Scott, and Kolby did an outstanding job on the cellar at our 615 building. They removed years of old debris, installed a sump pump and two dehumidifiers, and left the space looking incredible. What impressed me most was the professionalism. The job site was spotless when they finished, and Ron communicated project updates, arrival times, and departure times every step of the way. This is the third project my sales representative, Carlton, has quoted for me, and every one has gone exactly as planned. I’m a big fan of Mount Valley Foundation. Great company, great people, and they truly stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

William, Greg and Lewis worked on our house for 2 days. They installed 7 push piers the 1st day and 9 IntelliJacks the 2nd day. They did an excellent job with the installations. They back-filledthe holes, mortared the cracks and restored the landscaping so that it was almost impossible to tell any work was done. They were all very courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. I would have given 5 stars, but one minor problem occurred. A light fixture was broken in the crawl space which I was not told about and discovered it after they left. I reported it to the company and a supervisor offered to come out to replace it, but I had already gotten replacement parts for it. It would have been nice if they offered a credit to my account instead. I wish I could give them 4 and 1/2 stars, but I'm limited to 4.

From start to finish Mount Valley Foundation did an amazing job. My husband and I just moved from WI into a 1950s home. We would set our AC to 70 and the humidity would make it 85 in the home. We got a few different quotes and made our choice. As a first time home owner it’s always scary trying to find the right pick but Shaun, Dre, and Alex were all very informative about what they were doing and was always patient about me asking questions. After a day of completion we now stay at a nice 70 degree home with low humidity.

Have cracks in walls and uneven doors, walls separating from ceiling. Contacted Mt Valley for an estimate. Dylan L. arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Did a great job of informing me what his company could do to fix. I found the bid expensive, so I had 2 more estimates. Both were lower than Mt. Valley- yet doing the same thing. The warranty states they do not guarantee that the cracks will come together, that the windows won't stick and that if any plumbing gets messed up it's all on me. Unfortunately all the foundation companies I contacted have the same warranty. Can't see the reason to hire a "foundation" company vs a general contractor to just add a support beam under this 1000 Sq ft house. Dylan is good at what he does, however I just can not afford "the best".

5 star review but the Only issue is that 2 of the guys that were here working was using real bad language thankfully my children weren't around but they were yelling and using it across my yard at each other so my neighbors with small kids most likely heard them . They also left nail gun nails all in my driveway which could of been bad if myself or someone else ran them over. They left some trash throughout my carport.

Zach explained the condition of our foundation clearly and honestly, answering all of our questions with patience. We truly appreciated his transparency and the way he made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I contacted Mount Valley to inspect and repair my retaining wall that developed cracks after a period of heavy rain. To my surprise, the inspection was free unlike other companies. Kolden, the inspector, called the day prior to the inspection and the day of. He showed up on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated with me throughout the process. I was left with a comprehensive plan that I am confident will address my issues. I highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation Services, and if you are lucky to get Kolden as your inspector, you're in great hands.

Chris was very professional and did a thorough job of explaining everything they needed to complete to make the crawl space up to standards. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

What I am intending to do is take down a weight-bearing wall between two living room rooms and I called Mount Valley Foundation-NOW called Groundworks. Patrick provided me with the most detailed explanation about my crawlspace. I have not used This company yet, as I am still getting other quotes but I will say this is a serious consideration. The prices were reasonable very reasonable and he was applying a 15% discount to that as well. Professionalism was on point. Detailed oriented and provided me with 47 pictures of my crawlspace. Thank you for coming out taking the time without trying to be a pushy salesman. I will be using you For this project.

We scheduled three appointments with local foundation companies to get estimates on jack placement in our crawlspace. All were professional and.provided information, photos and pricing. We chose Mount Valley because of interaction with John Penn. Pricing was competitive but we felt most informed and confident with John and Mount.Valley. He was available and prompt to answer questions and concerns. On installation day, Tommy and crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and quickly went to work. They were a cohesive team and had the job completed in a few hours. We have been very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Mount Valley.

Okay. I thought that I wrote a review for Mt. Valley last year for the work that was done in October, 2025. Since last year, all who have come to do other work on my home have been impressed by the work that was done by Messiah and the team of men that worked with him. The team was very professional and explained everything, clearly, that had to be done. They had no problems answering my questions. I've had two concerns since the work and Mt. Valley came out right away to check out my concerns. I am pleased with the service that has been given to me. Groundwork has taken over or merged, I don't know. I've since had to get pier work done due to a foundation issue as of July 8, 2026. So, Groundworks has come out to do the work. It is not completed yet. The inspection has to be done. I'll give a review on that work afterwards. As of this writing, Patrick and the team of men who worked with him were great and addressed my concerns. Thank you.

Had a large issue with our foundation on one side of our house. Patrick cane and gave us an estimate and walked us through the process. They were able to get us scheduled really quickly and Jerrod, Antino and Tevin did an amazing job with the repair. Our sloping floors are now even again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Alex called to let me know when they were 30 mins out, greeted me, introduced himself and shook my hand. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the demeanor of his crew. I learned that 3 rooms were lower than the rest of the house and that Mount Valley had the fix! Austin and Michael promptly arrived and injected the polymer through the flooring into the ground. I found the pair to be quite knowledgeable and personable. They answered every question I had leaving me feeling very informed for the next house I buy. They were respectful of my home regarding routing their hose into my home and leaving the area as clean as possible afterwards. I'm very satisfied with Mount Valley's approach to foundation fixed.

This crew recently installed eight foundation piers–six on my property and two at my neighbor's–to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose–even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property–protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. The fact that they completed the full scope of work in a single business day, with quality and efficiency, speaks volumes about their coordination and work ethic. This crew represented their company with integrity, craftsmanship, and pride. Their work and conduct reflect the highest standards, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome.

Struggling with water seepage in the lower level of our house, I wanted to fix the problem once and for all and called Mount Valley. The inspector, Scott, did a detailed review, took the time to discuss everything, and made certain that my questions were answered. He also responded to follow-up questions that I had a few days later. Familiar with sump pump installations, having had one in a prior home, I became convinced that it would be the best way to ensure the problem would be solved. The initial installation schedule was farther out than I wanted, as we were trying to get ready for an influx of family, but MV was able to move us to an earlier date when they had a slot open up on their schedule. The installation foreman, Durand, worked with me to resolve site issues even though it meant another visit a few days later. The final installation was accomplished as Durand, Ron T, and Patrick worked past normal hours as the sun was going down to get the job done. In the end, I was grateful for a professional job by the MV team and the courtesy extended by everyone throughout. They are deserving of a fine review.

We had a couple guys come out to quote foundation issues and encapsulation. Mount Valley was amazing from start to finish. They guys are extremely polite and professional. They went out of their way to complete the job on time even when a member got sick the guy, Justin and Messian came through to finish the job on schedule. These gentleman showed us a leak and looked throughout the home to check anywhere else. They buttoned up the crawlspace and gave us instructions for the dehumidifier. Also the project manager was on site and helped us get the dips out of the floor several times to satisfaction. Great group and people and would highly recommend.
