I want to commend the outstanding work of Will Soulier (Foreman), Jimmy Bracey IV, and Myshaun Joyner. This crew recently installed eight foundation piers—six on my property and two at my neighbor’s—to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose—even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property—protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. The fact that they completed the full scope of work in a single business day, with quality and efficiency, speaks volumes about their coordination and work ethic. This crew represented their company with integrity, craftsmanship, and pride. Their work and conduct reflect the highest standards, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome.

Called to have some cracks in my slab foundation looked at. Will Hedgecock came out and looked at it and explained that this is a common problem with the soils here. I had a lot of anxiety about doing significant work to the house as I have just retired in the last year and still have a lot of decisions to make regarding if I will keep a residence here. Will was very understanding about my anxiety and gave me all of the options so I can relax and take the time I need to think through my overall situation thoroughly and make the best decision going forward. Will is not only an expert in the technical aspects of foundation issues but is very understanding. Will has returned every call and answered every question promptly. He took the time and effort to to help me see all of the elements of the "big picture" giving me the information I need to make the best decision.

A week before Christmas, I had a rat invasion in the crawlspace that was encapsulated by Mount Valley. Marge came out several times to help me cover the holes where a rat had eaten through the encapsulation material. She was great!! I highly recommend Mount Valley and their great customer service! Marge should be commended for her excellent tireless efforts to help me with my problem. We are now rat, free and encapsulation has now been restored back to normal.

We got our crawl space encapsulated a couple years ago with Mount Valley. We needed a repair on the entryway and Nathan came out to get that done. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and got the job done efficiently and in a reasonable time. He went above and beyond by relocating a wall mounted plastic box that was overlapping our crawl space door! This will make it much easier to open and access the crawl space in the future! He also organized the wires and cables near the entrance and cleaned up the debris there too. Overall a great experience working with Nathan!
