We had Mt. Valley replace our main beam, another beam, and some subfloor. Dan was the project manager and was easy to sit down with and discuss exactly what I needed and didn't need right now. Dylan and his crew finished the job in 2 days and worked their butts off. They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they finished. Our house and floors are finally level and we will be using them in the future for any foundation repair needs. Thanks again!

I would like to say that Mount Valley Foundation Services did an outstanding job at my home. They completed crawl space structural repairs. They also complete the crawl space encapsulation. I would like to thank Nick, Noah, & Tyrese for completing the work safely and professionally. They communicated daily on steps being performed and always asked if I had any question. The work site was always clean and neat. I would also like to thank Elliot, he performed the initial inspection and developed the scope of work to be completed. I would highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation and this team for your home crawl space repairs & encapsulation.

I had Andrew, Darrell, and E.J. out today to fix a sagging floor and was so pleased with how efficient and respectful they were. I work from home and take a lot of calls and it was such a relief to know they could get going without needing anything from me, they were true professionals. A few hours later and everything is looking normal in my home again. Great experience all around!!

John Willis with the Mount Valley Foundation Charleston area office is amazing! I had made an appointment because the brick step leading up to my front porch had separated from the foundation leaving about a 2" gap. I had a brick masonry contractor out a few days prior and gave me a high quote to repair the step. John arrived this afternoon and was able to pull back the entire brick step (4' wide and very heavy) and discovered a big root growing under the step which had caused the step to separate from the foundation. He chopped up the root and cleared the entire area under the step. He was then able to move the step back into position so it's now level. Unbelievable! I couldn't believe what he had just done. He did all that in about 15 minutes and saved me $2k. Truly a rock star! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend John and Mount Valley Foundation.

I learned that 3 rooms were lower than the rest of the house and that Mount Valley had the fix! Austin and Michael promptly arrived and injected the polymer through the flooring into the ground. I found the pair to be quite knowledgeable and personable. They answered every question I had leaving me feeling very informed for the next house I buy. They were respectful of my home regarding routing their hose into my home and leaving the area as clean as possible afterwards. I'm very satisfied with Mount Valley's approach to foundation fixed.

Mount Valley Foundation turned out to be our saving grace. After consulting multiple local companies after my daughter's first home purchase, this was the only company that responded promptly and professionally. Anderson Pusey was our point of contact, and from that initial consultation, not only was it obvious he was knowledgeable, but it was also evident he is passionate about helping people and following through on his commitment to his customers. Never have I experienced this level of dedication with any contractor. Having a "sales" person exhibit the level of care and service that Anderson has from start to finish is unheard of. To say Anderson went "above and beyond" is the understatement of the century. Use Mount Valley Foundation for your crawl space encapsulation needs as we did… you will not be disappointed. The crew that did the work, Jerrod Mazyck, Noah Jenkins, and Alex Myers were so polite, thorough, and an absolute joy to work with! I cannot recommend this company enough!
