The Technicians from Mount Valley Foundation did excellent work on my home. They notified me days in advance of their arrival. They notified me the day of arrival and were early on every occasion. From day 1 of contacting Mount Valley Foundation, it has been top notch customer service and professionalism! Yesterday the actual work was completed by Hector and Jamison and their work and customer service was impeccable. Very refreshing this day in age you can still find companies that “get it” and it is reflected by their personnel. Keep up the great work Mount Valley. Oh yeah…my initial contact was with Will Dupree and he’s the one who closed the deal. Fine young man and he’s right where he needs to be in the organization. Great with people and very genuine.

Carnell arrived promptly; kept us informed every step of the process; updated us on what to expect; he was very professional; experienced; courteous; personable; friendly and assured us if the process. From Jeff who initially assessed my crawlspace needs, to Damian, David, Joquise and Roderick, everyone was professional, respectful and courteous.The work included replacement of 6 cinder block peers, steel beam installation and crawl space encapsulation. The team explained their work each day and answered any questions I had about the process and materials. I had a thorough walk through upon job completion which was consistent with their process during the job.I would highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation and use them again should the need arise.

Job was quoted, accepted, and then they followed through exactly as promised. Mike Zelewski went above and beyond my expectations getting the huge job done when promised. We have a 3 year old son so getting our basement fixed was #1 priority. MVFS made us feel like they respected that. I 100% recommend them for any foundation service needs. My job was 60 linear feet, 12 inches wide, about 5 inches deep. Closed gutter system into sump pump. All interior walk out basement. They also installed vapor barrier on all interior block walls.

Jack Jeffers was absolutely wonderful to work with. He confirmed the appointment for the next day. He showed up exactly on time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about how and what was needed and also the steps that needed to be taken before and after their service.
