He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about how and what was needed and also the steps that needed to be taken before and after their service. I was having a lot of issues with my home including health issues, I first notice a crack in the Sheetrock above the corner of a window, it just kept getting larger, I also seem to have a lot of moisture under the house that was causing the installation under the floor to fall and you could see mildew and mold growing on everything under there. My and I both could smell a musty smell when the AC came on, I’m allergic to about everything and for the past 3 years I have been having constant Sinus infections, I noticed that when we went on vacation My sinus would clear up but soon as I was back home the infections started back, thats when I searched the internet and found Mount Valley Foundation Service, They sent out John Penn, he went under the house for about an hour took pictures check structure and we sat down and looked it all over well not only did I have mildew and mold and moisture problems but look like in the winter snakes would hide out in the installation, he told me what options I had and we’ll I jumped on the chance to eliminate all these issues, John new his stuff and it showed, they sent a crew out to start the work, Damion and David really did a great job at getting that job done right, I could not be anymore happier right now, I could go under there with a sleeping bag and fell clean and safe. Thanks to all the guys who came out and did the work you said you would do. I’ll try and put a few before and after pics.

From Jeff who initially assessed my crawlspace needs, to Damian, David, Joquise and Roderick, everyone was professional, respectful and courteous.The work included replacement of 6 cinder block peers, steel beam installation and crawl space encapsulation. The team explained their work each day and answered any questions I had about the process and materials. I had a thorough walk through upon job completion which was consistent with their process during the job.I would highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation and use them again should the need arise.

Absolutely love this company. From start to finish the sales rep and the people on the job were attentive to all of our needs. Originally we were meant to have our job done next week but they had an earlier slot and asked if we wanted it.We said yes and they sent two teams out to work on it. They were kind and efficient. Even after ripping up all the old plastic down there they cleaned every piece up and left no trace behind. We love our new crawl space door and the dehumidifier is quite.Within two day we could already see a difference in the humidity under the house.They let us know of a leak we had which i appreciate greatly.I recommend them to any and everyone. Best company we have found by far.

Carnell arrived promptly; kept us informed every step of the process; updated us on what to expect; he was very professional; experienced; courteous; personable; friendly and assured us if the process. Mike, Ryan, and Desean did an absolutely fabulous job under the direction of the multi-talented and non-stop WORKING boss Mike Zalewski. They left this place fantastic and clean. Great work ethic and professionalism. If you get to pick your crew, pick them!! They encapsulated and installed two dehumidifiers too. Simply out: Job well done.
