Mount Valley Foundation Services (MVFS) is the oldest foundation repair company in South Carolina. Mount Valley Foundation Services was founded by Allan Gantt with the hope of bringing this necessary service to the area. In 2017, MVFS partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions company and now serves under the Groundworks name. Mount Valley Foundation Services is a BBB accredited business with over 100 fully trained experts to assist the homeowner with any foundation repair, crawl space, or concrete needs.

I’ve been looking to have the foundation on my garage stabilized for sometime. My wife saw an ad by Mike Rowe from Dirty Job and we reached out and we were connected with Mountain Valley Foundations. The initial contact and proposal by Josh was seamless and very professional. The work was scheduled within a reasonable time and the work crew arrived on time and completed the job early, with great communication and pictures of the work. Jack the foreman kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. Dalton and Cameron worked diligently to complete the project always careful not to damage existing landscaping or encroach the neighbors land. Highly recommend if you have foundation issues.

From the initial inspection by Landon, through the foundation repait by Brantley, Pat, Julian and Bobby, through the pier and beam installation by Matt and Tyron, to include the cost saving change, and finally the concrete leveling by Carnell and Desmond all work was done completely, professionally and timely with a constant flow of information on the process. Great work, timely arrival, superb coordination, and hard work is the entire team's standard at Mount Valley Foundation.

Trey was my inspector/sales person, he was very knowledgeable about my home’s crawl space issues. He answered all questions and concerns. Mary Beth and her crew were also amazing. They came out to clean my home’s crawl space, installed my dehumidifier and encapsulation. Everyone was very punctual, answered all questions. I really appreciate the professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
