The team explained their work each day and answered any questions I had about the process and materials. Mount Valley came out today to fix my front walkway that had settled and was uneven. Yiannis and Landon were very nice and did a great job with my walkway. Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

The consultation and the work performed was amazing.Cory Hawkins, Oscar Mota, and Brandon Waters explained the entire process and kept me updated throughout the 3 day job. The only reason for a 4 star is due to the scheduling process, as it was horrific to say the least. Permitting not completed and job scheduled and then job rescheduled more few times. Outside of that, the team was very professional and did a great job cleaning up.

Clint was exceptional. He explained everything perfectly and took as much time as possible to make sure we were happy with the entire process. He checked our crawl space and made sure we were comfortable with the part of the foundation that needed repair. He was willing to work with us on financing since we are on a fixed income.
