Dan Rubenstein was very professional, courteous, helpful and arrived ahead of the appointment time. He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home 360 degree outside, a very detailed inspection of the problems we had inside and went under our house to look at the foundation. He showed us videos of his work, completed a plan of the house with dimensions and gave us an estimate on the spot. Thanks for the great service.

We had a total encapsulation done and then had a drain and sump pump placed. We had a question and it was resolved quickly and easily. Chanel, Omar, Perryon, and Joe Werder were great! Very professional and super helpful. They did an amazing job and everything was super clean and neat when they left. Extremely pleased and would definitely use Mount Valley again. I want to commend the outstanding work of Will Soulier (Foreman), Jimmy Bracey IV, and Myshaun Joyner. This crew recently installed eight foundation piers–six on my property and two at my neighbor's–to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose–even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property–protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. The fact that they completed the full scope of work in a single business day, with quality and efficiency, speaks volumes about their coordination and work ethic. This crew represented their company with integrity, craftsmanship, and pride. Their work and conduct reflect the highest standards, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome.

I recently had foundation work completed by Mount Valley Foundation at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team, Jarrod, Mason, and Kincade demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained the underlying problems, and offered a practical plan that fit both my needs and budget. The three man crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean and safe. They communicated progress throughout the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Once the work was complete, they walked me through everything they had done and made sure all my questions were answered. The quality of the repair is outstanding—my home feels more stable, the cracks have been addressed, and I have peace of mind knowing the foundation is solid for the long term. It’s rare to find a company like Mount Valley Foundation that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but this team truly delivered on all fronts.
