These guys did a great job from start to finish, Brandon, the rep explained everything in detail, was very straightforward and honest about the process, Will, Jimmy, Ober showed up time and worked very hard in the bad weather till past dark . Austin and Michael showed up on time the next day and worked Nonstop and carefully to finish the process. Mount Valley gave me peace of mine regarding the repair and stability of my home. I would definitely recommend them in the Myrtle Beach area and other areas which they service,

The work was performed on my pool deck today by Austin and Michael and I am very happy with the work. As promised they called when they were in their way and arrived on time. Before the work was started we talked about my expectations and we were in agreement about the work to be performed. They explained the process and told me what to expect. I watched as they began the process and asked a few questions which they took the time to answer. When the job was completed I inspected the work and asked if they could fix something to my satisfaction. They happily agreed and added the few minor touchups. When they were finished I again inspected the work and was very happy with the final product. Austin and Michael explained the warranty and told me about the annual inspection. I was very pleased with the work that Austin and Michael performed along with the patience with all my questions and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Austin and Michael.

He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home 360 degree outside, a very detailed inspection of the problems we had inside and went under our house to look at the foundation. He showed us videos of his work, completed a plan of the house with dimensions and gave us an estimate on the spot. Thanks for the great service.

We had Mt. Valley replace our main beam, another beam, and some subfloor. Dan was the project manager and was easy to sit down with and discuss exactly what I needed and didn't need right now. Dylan and his crew finished the job in 2 days and worked their butts off. They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they finished. Our house and floors are finally level and we will be using them in the future for any foundation repair needs. Thanks again!

We called Mount Valley Foundation Services to request an inspection of our subfloor & floor joists due to cracked kitchen tiles & bouncy floor in an adjacent room. Glenn Joyner came out to do the inspection, and we were very impressed with his knowledge, experience, & friendly demeanor. He did a thorough inspection, showed us photos, & said our house was structurally sound, but bouncy floors were due to the long room having 40 yr. old floor joists that were sagging from age & prior moisture issues that existed before our crawl space was encapsulated 17 yrs. ago. He detailed how Mount Valley could raise the joists to permanently resolve the bounce, & the price to do so. We were forthright about needing to save for expense of raising the floor joists, & he offered us the option of using their financing plan, but was understanding when we said we had to make a plan & a timetable before moving forward. Our plan will include using Mount Valley when ready to proceed with repairs.
