I would like to thank Nick, Noah, & Tyrese for completing the work safely and professionally. They communicated daily on steps being performed and always asked if I had any question. The work site was always clean and neat. I would also like to thank Elliot, he performed the initial inspection and developed the scope of work to be completed. Zach explained the condition of our foundation clearly and honestly, answering all of our questions with patience. Have cracks in walls and uneven doors, walls separating from ceiling. Contacted Mt Valley for an estimate. Dylan L. arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Did a great job of informing me what his company could do to fix. I found the bid expensive, so I had 2 more estimates. Both were lower than Mt. Valley- yet doing the same thing. The warranty states they do not guarantee that the cracks will come together, that the windows won't stick and that if any plumbing gets messed up it's all on me. Unfortunately all the foundation companies I contacted have the same warranty. Can't see the reason to hire a "foundation" company vs a general contractor to just add a support beam under this 1000 Sq ft house. Dylan is good at what he does, however I just can not afford "the best".

One of Mount Valley's field inspectors, Elliot W., came out to inspect a small foundation issue I was concerned about. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and gave me some recommendations for fixes and improvements that I could do myself to prevent further issues, and told me exactly what I needed to monitor to see if the issue was getting worse over time, as opposed to trying to sell me a solution that I didn't need right now. He even took his boots off before coming inside, which I appreciated. I left the inspection feeling confident that should the issue get worse, mount valley will be the guys for the job.
