Mount Valley came out today to fix my front walkway that had settled and was uneven. Yiannis and Landon were very nice and did a great job with my walkway. They answered my questions before they started and cleaned up after they were done. They were very pleasant to do business with. I would definitely use Mount Valley Foundation again. Thank you!

We contacted Mount Valley Foundation Services because we had some concerns about cracks on our foundation and crawlspace. Daniel came out to inspect and pleasantly told us great news; that our concerns were cosmetic and not serious signs of a crumbling foundation. I very much appreciate Daniel’s honesty with me. This company has integrity and I highly recommend them off that fact alone.

I needed to have my foundation repaired and called several companies for estimates. Their rep showed up on time, was respectful, knowledgeable and took the time to actually HEAR us. There were other companies that were cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. The work started on schedule and finished on schedule as well. They continue to come out and check the job annually (at a very small fee of about an $150) since they guarantee their work for the life of the house. I happily recommend them to anyone who needs that kind of work done.

He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem and came up with a solution with several financing options available. We discovered a crack in the foundation that ran along the interior of the outer walls of the house. I called Mount Valley and Dustin came to inspect. One corner of the foundation had dropped half an inch. I decided to contract their services. Yiannis and Landon arrived a few days later. They walked me through the repair process before proceeding and did a fantastic job. Before they left we walked through the work area and presented the results. I am impressed with quality of the work done. I will be recommending Mount Valley to everyone I know.

All Staff friendly , professional, hardworking and honest. A shout out To Alex Hobbs, Cullen Thorpe, and Justin Smith for teamwork and solving unforeseen issues with crawlspace and deck. I now have dry water free basement. They worked with integrity and got the job done in timely manner.Left the area clean and explained what they were doing along with sending a file of photos with progress along the way. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

I am very pleased with the work recently performed by Yiannis and Landon. After damage from Hurricane Helene, my home needed helical piers installed to provide additional foundation support. They also performed a SettleStop PolyRenewal project to take care of settling issues with my front steps and walkway. They kept me informed of all the steps involved and made sure I was satisfied with the results.

From start to finish Mount Valley Foundation did an amazing job. My husband and I just moved from WI into a 1950s home. We would set our AC to 70 and the humidity would make it 85 in the home. We got a few different quotes and made our choice. As a first time home owner it’s always scary trying to find the right pick but Shaun, Dre, and Alex were all very informative about what they were doing and was always patient about me asking questions. After a day of completion we now stay at a nice 70 degree home with low humidity.
