Cory, Scotty and Tim did a great job encapsulating my crawl space. When they found the space tighter than expected they worked even harder to get it done. They worked well together and I’m grateful they alerted me to a leaking pipe I wasn’t aware of. It looks great!

He took a lot of time checking out our foundation problem and let us know how to continue checking to see if there is a true issue. If we do have a continued issue we will be calling him. The job was fully explained by Ron before work began and during the process the courteous and friendly crew kept me fully informed each step of the way.. The job was completed in a very efficient and professional manner followed by a full explanation of how the system works by Ron. I highly recommend this company based on the performance of this crew and if I could give them 6 stars I would. I was very fortunate to call Mount Valley foundation services to repair our dehumidifier in our basement. The diagnosis and service provided by Scott Berger the technician was over the top. He knows his stuff very well. He not only repaired the issue, but was able to check on the warranty and replace the unit at no cost to me. Definitely recommend these guys.

We had a wonderful experience with Zach from Mount Valley Foundation Services. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully inspect everything without rushing. Zach explained the condition of our foundation clearly and honestly, answering all of our questions with patience. We truly appreciated his transparency and the way he made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It’s not easy to find people who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but Zach definitely stands out. Highly recommend him and the company!

Very impressed with Mt Valley Foundation from our initial contact as I talked with a person to schedule an appointment for foundation inspection. Dustin , our inspector, explained our issue and the work required to resolve problem. Our crew of Josh, Connor and Da:shon arrived on time, introduced themselves and began working. I was impressed by how well they worked together and were able to discuss and resolve differences. One issue arose and they handled it in a mature and honest manner. We now have a very safe kitchen floor and they even left us with a working sink till new kitchen arrives. Would give 10 of 10 if possible.
