Clint Weimann was the inspector that came out to check the cracks in the foundation. He was on time, very professional, explained what he was going to check and did a great job explaining his findings. He represented this business in a very professional way and answered all our questions and concerns. It was a pleasure meeting him and talking with Clint. You could tell he is a man with integrity and knows his job.

Outstanding job! When a flooring job Mount Valley was doing for us ran into an issue, instead of coming back later, Brandon, Isiah and Jerimiah adapted the material they had with them and completed the job the same day. They kept us informed what they were doing and explained the changes from the original plan. This was the third project they have done for us and all of them have been top grade work.

I was very fortunate to call Mount Valley foundation services to repair our dehumidifier in our basement. The diagnosis and service provided by Scott Berger the technician was over the top. He knows his stuff very well. He not only repaired the issue, but was able to check on the warranty and replace the unit at no cost to me. Definitely recommend these guys.

I had Andrew, Darrell, and E.J. out today to fix a sagging floor and was so pleased with how efficient and respectful they were. I work from home and take a lot of calls and it was such a relief to know they could get going without needing anything from me, they were true professionals. A few hours later and everything is looking normal in my home again. Great experience all around!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mount Valley Foundation, specifically Jonathan Geddie. Jonathan came to my home on his personal time—a Sunday!—which speaks volumes about his dedication. He was polite, punctual, and arrived at the time we agreed on. He came highly recommended by a mutual friend, and he lived up to every bit of that praise. Jonathan politely knocked at my front door and introduced himself. It was at this point I realized he was with Mount Vally. Jonathan listened to my wants and had coffee with us before he inspected my crawlspace. He WAS underneath for awhile and I even started to worry about his well being until he came back to the front door and politely knocked again, which is appreciated in a household full of dogs. He asked if we were ready to see the pictures; we weren't. We were actually ready to eat! With the bountiful amount of chili my partner made we invited him to eat with us, and he filled our hearts by acceptingour invitation. We shared a meal and moments that felt like we have known each other for years! We felt so completely comfortable & truly enjoyed his company. After we got to the bottom of our bowls it was time to see what actual took so long underneath the house, and boy!- we were had no clue. Jonathan went into detail of the areas of concern with pictures to prove it. Jonathan went through each picture with us. Unlike the other three companies I called, Jonathan didn’t just give me a price; he showed me the mold, standing water, and rotten beams through photos. He saved me from a huge mistake—encapsulating a house that was structurally unsound. He made sure all my questions were answered. I’m starting with my structural repairs now with my partners workers from his company, but Mount Valley will be the only ones I call for the drainage and encapsulation once that’s finished! We would have loved to have Mount Valley do the whole project for us, but unfortunately we are not ballers like that. But after seeing the videos that was presented at the time of our inspection and after listening to other companies, we will definitely have Jonathan back over to sign a contract! Not just because of our wonderful experience with Jonathan , but also because Mount Valley offers a 2 year same as cash financing, and that is an incredible offer and ver manageable for us! Jonathan Geddie at Mount Valley Foundation provides a level of service you just don't see anymore and we plan on having him back at the end of summer! Ask for Jonathan Geddie, you will be glad you did. Thank me later.

It was so nice for a change to have a service provider arrive on time and provide exactly what I expected. Alex Myers and his crew; Cedric Kensley, Omar Cummings, Raeqwan-White Robinson, got right to work and did an outstanding job. Alex called to let me know when they were 30 mins out, greeted me, introduced himself and shook my hand. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the demeanor of his crew. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with their work. Plus, Alex took photos so I didn’t have to crawl under the house to inspect the results. I encourage anyone needing work done in their crawl space to use Mount Valley Foundation Services based in Charleston, SC. Many thanks to Glen Joyner for his estimate, explanations, and follow up. You should be proud of the company you represent.

The consultation and the work performed was amazing.Cory Hawkins, Oscar Mota, and Brandon Waters explained the entire process and kept me updated throughout the 3 day job. The only reason for a 4 star is due to the scheduling process, as it was horrific to say the least. Permitting not completed and job scheduled and then job rescheduled more few times. Outside of that, the team was very professional and did a great job cleaning up.

It’s scary contracting with Foundation companies as the cost of thousands of dollars is in the offing. Our 85 year-old house in Wagener Terrace needed 11 floor and structural supports. Kevin reviewed the crawlspace with me and the work was performed by Derek and TJ, resulting in what now feels like a new house! More specifically, the trust that Kevin relays and the extraordinary and professional job efforts of Derek and TJ resulted in a superior outcome. These individuals have done Mt. Valley Foundation ‘proud’ and receive the highest recommendations and accommodations from this family. Thank you for your expert performance.

Had a large issue with our foundation on one side of our house. Patrick cane and gave us an estimate and walked us through the process. They were able to get us scheduled really quickly and Jerrod, Antino and Tevin did an amazing job with the repair. Our sloping floors are now even again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dan Rubenstein came out to give us an estimate last month. He was very knowledgeable and prompt. The information he shared was not just specific to the problem I called about, but generally helpful to better understand potential solutions and other areas of concern I did not even know about. I appreciated his time very much!

Yiannis and Bernard arrived and instantly made me feel at home with this repair. Due to curiosity, I watched their entire repair and was amazed. Both Yiannis and Bernard were great with explaining the project with each step. I couldn’t possibly be more pleased. My Valley is blessed to have these two on the team.

I received an inspection and estimation from Dino Rhoads on my house crawlspace today. I could not have asked for a more detailed inspection. Mr Rhoads was very professional, yet friendly. The team (Cody, Von, Pat, Mike and Will) were very professional and got the job done. It was a long hot day – but they knew the game plan – worked through it and cleaned up at the end. The sales/estimator Trey and plan supervisor Phil made sure all permits were in place and the correct solution was designed for our unique problem. They took the time to walk us through multiple solutions until we found the best one, the instillation team even educated us along the way. I would highly recommend this company – these guys – this team to solve your foundation problems.

Foreman Yiannis and co-Forman Landon went above and beyond to even out our driveway pads to eliminate a big trip hazard. Good communication, on time and excellent professional service, as promised! It is rare that a service lives up to its ads, so we were delighted with the results and how clean they left the site. We know we can trust them with the next foundation related job we have.

I was having a lot of issues with my home including health issues, I first notice a crack in the Sheetrock above the corner of a window, it just kept getting larger, I also seem to have a lot of moisture under the house that was causing the installation under the floor to fall and you could see mildew and mold growing on everything under there. My and I both could smell a musty smell when the AC came on, I’m allergic to about everything and for the past 3 years I have been having constant Sinus infections, I noticed that when we went on vacation My sinus would clear up but soon as I was back home the infections started back, thats when I searched the internet and found Mount Valley Foundation Service, They sent out John Penn, he went under the house for about an hour took pictures check structure and we sat down and looked it all over well not only did I have mildew and mold and moisture problems but look like in the winter snakes would hide out in the installation, he told me what options I had and we’ll I jumped on the chance to eliminate all these issues, John new his stuff and it showed, they sent a crew out to start the work, Damion and David really did a great job at getting that job done right, I could not be anymore happier right now, I could go under there with a sleeping bag and fell clean and safe. Thanks to all the guys who came out and did the work you said you would do. I’ll try and put a few before and after pics.

Marybeth, Cody and Jesus did a fantastic job correcting our rotten joists and girder. We contracted GroundWorks a second time when we discovered a serious rot problem in a bathroom remodel. We had GroundWorks out before and that crew really only did half the job. Marybeth and her crew were courteous, respectful and responsive going the extra mile not only doing the work we contracted for but repairing the problems from the previous repair. I am confident that the work they did will outlive our time in this home. A big thank you to the team!

Robert Dunal and Mickeal Joe did an excellent job encapsulating our crawlspace. They are extremely professional and have an attention to detail that speaks volumes to their character and work ethic. It was great talking with them while I looked over their work as they were finishing up, and even though it was late they made sure to expend the extra effort to thoroughly inspect the seals around the door and sump pump. All the while they had nothing but good things to say about Mount Valley. These guys have really given us peace of mind with their work.Lastly, John Penn did an excellent job coming out and explaining the conditions of our crawlspace and his recommendations. It has been an overall great experience working with this company.

We scheduled three appointments with local foundation companies to get estimates on jack placement in our crawlspace. All were professional and.provided information, photos and pricing. We chose Mount Valley because of interaction with John Penn. Pricing was competitive but we felt most informed and confident with John and Mount.Valley. He was available and prompt to answer questions and concerns. On installation day, Tommy and crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and quickly went to work. They were a cohesive team and had the job completed in a few hours. We have been very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Mount Valley.

I reached out to Mount Valley Foundations and asked them to send someone out to evaluate my crawl space and provide me a quote for a full encapsulation. An appointment was set and Patrick showed up to our house as scheduled. He completed a thorough inspection, then sat with us for over an hour explaining in detail what he saw. He provided pictures taken under our house and used slides/videos to educate us on encapsulation. Patrick was very professional, answered all our questions and guided us through our financing options. From there, we were placed on the schedule for install. Derrick and TJ were the team they sent for our project. They called us the morning of to let us know they were on the way. When they arrived, Derrick explained what they were going to do each step of the way and got right to work. The encapsulation took a little over two days. On the last day, Derrick took me into the crawl space and made sure I was happy with the installation. Rarely do finished products look like the marketing photos, but this was the exception; everything was meticulous! I'm in residential construction by trade so I'm somewhat familiar with air sealing techniques and this job was done with care. Thank you to Derrick, TJ, Patrick and the entire team at Mount Valley Foundations!

Chris was very professional and did a thorough job of explaining everything they needed to complete to make the crawl space up to standards. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

The salesman Trey Smedley came measured my house went thru with laser then came to me to show what he found explained everything. He answered every question I had, showed videos of how things were done. He was patient very polite. I’ve had other quotes but they never took time to show me what they found figured quote they didn’t go thru all the rooms only bedrooms. I had other places that Trey found and price for all work was not much higher and I’m getting what the other quote never discussed. My opinion you have a great salesman even when I broke down and cried because I’m stressed with issue and having to pay for all that’s wrong with house. He gave me a minute to get myself together. I’m widowed it’s me now and I struggle but this has to be done before it gets more costly. He deserves a good bonus you’re very lucky to have him on your team
