All Staff friendly , professional, hardworking and honest. A shout out To Alex Hobbs, Cullen Thorpe, and Justin Smith for teamwork and solving unforeseen issues with crawlspace and deck. I now have dry water free basement. They worked with integrity and got the job done in timely manner.Left the area clean and explained what they were doing along with sending a file of photos with progress along the way. I recently had foundation work completed by Mount Valley Foundation at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team, Jarrod, Mason, and Kincade demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained the underlying problems, and offered a practical plan that fit both my needs and budget. The three man crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean and safe. They communicated progress throughout the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I had to have 2 steel beams and jacks put under my floor because my house was sagging from on end to the other side Scott McCloskey came and looked at the job and told us what I needed to do. They were able to start the job in a week, which was earlier than the date I was given. Durand, Mary Beth and Eli did an excellent job on my foundation. They were all so polite when I went out to talk to them. They cleaned up everything after they finished. Durand kept us informed on everything. I will definitely refer anyone to Mount Valley Foundation.

Daniel Scurry came to our house & did an inspection re: encapsulating underneath it. He was so knowledgeable. We scheduled a date & they were punctual. Q, Dre & Nate worked on our house for 3 days encapsulating it. They were professional in every way. We are totally satisfied. We had a small issue about 2 weeks later. Called for a technician to come check it out. Michael Stone came within 48 hrs & fixed the minor repair. From inspection to installation to follow up we had a great experience with MVF.

Robert Dunal and Mickeal Joe did an excellent job encapsulating our crawlspace. They are extremely professional and have an attention to detail that speaks volumes to their character and work ethic. It was great talking with them while I looked over their work as they were finishing up, and even though it was late they made sure to expend the extra effort to thoroughly inspect the seals around the door and sump pump. All the while they had nothing but good things to say about Mount Valley. These guys have really given us peace of mind with their work.Lastly, John Penn did an excellent job coming out and explaining the conditions of our crawlspace and his recommendations. It has been an overall great experience working with this company.

My termite bond company alerted me to an extremely high humidity problem in my crawl space. Mold and wood rot were going to be a problem if we did not get it under control so an encapsulation was needed. I called 3 different companies to come and quote the job. Jack Jeffords from Mount Valley came and gave me a no nonsense estimate of what needed to be done. He proposed exactly what was necessary and didn't pad the quote with a bunch of extras that would drive the cost up. MTVS has a low price guarantee stating that they will match any other competitors quote for like for like work and beat it by $100. Encapsulation done properly is not an inexpensive situation. That being said they beat one of the competitors quotes by $10,000 and met the price of the other lowest price that I had received. Jack and his manager worked with me to get the lowest possible cost and I felt really confident with Mount Valley as a organization.A deposit was paid and the work was scheduled about a month away. I got a phone call from the office asking if I would like an earlier date and I said yes. They had a job that had gotten postponed and I was able to take that slot about 3 weeks earlier than scheduled.On the morning of my appointment I was greeted by the job foreman Alex and his assistant Roderick. These guys were great in every respect. My crawl space is quite low and difficult, only 2' at it's tallest point. These two guys attacked it without a complaint and in quick order had the old vapor barrier pulled out and the trash and debris removed and bagged up. They began to wrap the 21 piers and cover the foundation walls with their 20 mil plastic. Then they covered the crawl space floor and the taping process began. On the third day David came and was part of the work crew as well. These guys were all very friendly hard working sharp fellows and were a joy to work with!I am 100% pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation Service. They will do a great job for you and won't try to oversell or take advantage of you.Thanks MVFS for fixing my problem and protecting my home.

We had a couple guys come out to quote foundation issues and encapsulation. Mount Valley was amazing from start to finish. They guys are extremely polite and professional. They went out of their way to complete the job on time even when a member got sick the guy, Justin and Messian came through to finish the job on schedule. These gentleman showed us a leak and looked throughout the home to check anywhere else. They buttoned up the crawlspace and gave us instructions for the dehumidifier. Also the project manager was on site and helped us get the dips out of the floor several times to satisfaction. Great group and people and would highly recommend.

Called to have some cracks in my slab foundation looked at. Will Hedgecock came out and looked at it and explained that this is a common problem with the soils here. I had a lot of anxiety about doing significant work to the house as I have just retired in the last year and still have a lot of decisions to make regarding if I will keep a residence here. Will was very understanding about my anxiety and gave me all of the options so I can relax and take the time I need to think through my overall situation thoroughly and make the best decision going forward. Will is not only an expert in the technical aspects of foundation issues but is very understanding. Will has returned every call and answered every question promptly. He took the time and effort to to help me see all of the elements of the "big picture" giving me the information I need to make the best decision.

I discovered a crack in the front corner of my brick home. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Geddie when Mount Valley corrected a sagging corner of my neighbors home, and asked Chris to look at my situation. He came with an entire set of state-of-the-art measuring tools, and recommended support of my foundation where the crack had occurred. The 3 man technical team the Service leader, Juan, dispatched, led by Foreman Oscar Mota, came and installed four piers supporting the foundation, which helped close the crack in the wall substantially. Mount Valley's warrantee has given me the piece of mind that I will not be bothered by foundation issues for life. Oscar and his team did a fantastic, quick, and very clean installation, and left my property in great shape. The team went the extra mile to clean up and restore the site to it's original appearance. If you need foundation help, you will not go wrong with Mount Valley Foundation Services!

I have no complaints about the technicians sent to my house. There were several, as they kept sending people who were too big to fit under my house, but they were all nice and professional. Eventually, the Service Manager showed up with a team and things moved a little faster. However, ultimately it took six months to get any actual work completed. They just finished up the last piece of the project Jan 2, 2026, which was late, but it was the primary thing I wanted and needed done – it was the warranty work – adjusting the jacks. It wasn’t completed by the date they originally said it would be, but it was eventually done and it did help. I also asked for a crawl space encapsulation. I didn’t get an encapsulation, I got a vapor barrier. It was included in the $28K worth of other recommended work, that I paid for. At this point I don’t know if it was worth it, but I sure hope it was. For me, that’s a lot of money! Anyway, two of their project foremen said the sump pump they installed was in the wrong place or there should be an additional one installed at the back corner of my house where the water (groundwater seepage) is actually occurring at. The Production Manager did call me back and agreed to re-evaluate in three months and said if the current setup with the installed French drains and sump pump at the front of the house isn’t getting that groundwater seepage out, he’ll have a crew install a second sump pump in that other location for free. Again, no complaints about the crews or quality of the work. Just questioning the accuracy and timeliness. It took so long that one of my walls finally cracked and that could have been avoided. Great work by Derrick, James, Jerome. Also Jarrod and Will – and their crews.

Anderson was very informative on the step by step process for a crawlspace encapsulation and installation of a dehumidifier. He provided pictures of the areas that need taken care of. The crew Darrell, Andrew and EJ were great! Darrell called every morning to let me know they were on the way. He let me know the progress they were making and the issues he saw. When the job was complete he send me the pictures of the final encapsulation and dehumidifier. It looks amazing! They were very professional and polite.

Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

They were polite, attentive, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They had great attention to detail, replaced yard items that had to be moved, and even raked the marks left by their equipment. I have rarely seen a team that did as good.

After consulting multiple local companies after my daughter's first home purchase, this was the only company that responded promptly and professionally. Anderson Pusey was our point of contact, and from that initial consultation, not only was it obvious he was knowledgeable, but it was also evident he is passionate about helping people and following through on his commitment to his customers. Never have I experienced this level of dedication with any contractor. Having a "sales" person exhibit the level of care and service that Anderson has from start to finish is unheard of.
