William, Greg and Lewis worked on our house for 2 days. They installed 7 push piers the 1st day and 9 IntelliJacks the 2nd day. They did an excellent job with the installations. They back-filledthe holes, mortared the cracks and restored the landscaping so that it was almost impossible to tell any work was done. They were all very courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. I would have given 5 stars, but one minor problem occurred. A light fixture was broken in the crawl space which I was not told about and discovered it after they left. I reported it to the company and a supervisor offered to come out to replace it, but I had already gotten replacement parts for it. It would have been nice if they offered a credit to my account instead. I wish I could give them 4 and 1/2 stars, but I'm limited to 4.

I was very fortunate to call Mount Valley foundation services to repair our dehumidifier in our basement. The diagnosis and service provided by Scott Berger the technician was over the top. He knows his stuff very well. He not only repaired the issue, but was able to check on the warranty and replace the unit at no cost to me. Definitely recommend these guys.

Please see the earlier review (3/12) for context. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mt. Valley Foundation Services regarding our sump pump installation. Overall, the team did an excellent job with both the initial installation and the subsequent repair of the discharge lines, which had come apart over time. They were professional, transparent, and truly seemed to care about the project. The only challenge I encountered was not with Mt. Valley Foundation Services itself, but rather with its parent company, Ground Works. From my experience, Ground Works has acquired many smaller foundation companies across the U.S., and it seems they may be struggling with logistical coordination. The call center they use is not very user-friendly, and I experienced multiple miscommunications and scheduling errors. Unfortunately, this puts Mt. Valley Foundation Services at the mercy of Ground Works' logistical issues. That said, I highly recommend working with Mt. Valley Foundation Services. My advice is to obtain the names and direct contact information of the service team when booking—this makes future communication significantly easier. Once I was able to reach the team directly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living in a flood-prone area, I feel confident that the sump pump project they completed will be a tremendous benefit to our home and property. A big thanks to Danny (the manager) and his team for their outstanding work!

I am very pleased with the service of Mount Valley foundations. My service men who are: William Cheek, Rashad Hayward and Aveion Jacobs did an excellent job. When they arrived here exactly on the time that they said they were going to be here I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. Mr. Cheek communicated with me throughout the whole process. After about 4 hours they were completed. He came inside my house and made sure everything was level as well as cleaned up their mess outside. He was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. If I have any other problems again, I will call Mount valley foundations.

I’ve been looking to have the foundation on my garage stabilized for sometime. My wife saw an ad by Mike Rowe from Dirty Job and we reached out and we were connected with Mountain Valley Foundations. The initial contact and proposal by Josh was seamless and very professional. The work was scheduled within a reasonable time and the work crew arrived on time and completed the job early, with great communication and pictures of the work. Jack the foreman kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. Dalton and Cameron worked diligently to complete the project always careful not to damage existing landscaping or encroach the neighbors land. Highly recommend if you have foundation issues.

We had Mt. Valley replace our main beam, another beam, and some subfloor. Dan was the project manager and was easy to sit down with and discuss exactly what I needed and didn't need right now. Dylan and his crew finished the job in 2 days and worked their butts off. They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they finished. Our house and floors are finally level and we will be using them in the future for any foundation repair needs. Thanks again!

Clint was exceptional. He explained everything perfectly and took as much time as possible to make sure we were happy with the entire process. He checked our crawl space and made sure we were comfortable with the part of the foundation that needed repair. He was willing to work with us on financing since we are on a fixed income. We had Mount Vally come out to fix some of our floor joists and subfloor under our master bedroom and bathroom after we had water damage from a broken water pipe. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful and friendly from John who came out for our quote to Chris who helped get us financed to pay for the project. I am kicking myself for not being able to remember the Forman and his crewmen’s names that came out to do the work because they were awesome! They worked efficiently and quickly to get the job done and when a problem came up, they let me know immediately and we got it worked out quickly to keep the project going. I thought there would be a ton of noise and in and out of the house but these guys were so quiet I had to check on them from time to time to see if they were still here only to be amazed at how much work they got done. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done and put back the way it was. Will definitely be referring people to Mount Vally and more than likely hiring them to come back out for more projects! Thanks guys! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We had an excellent experience with Mount Valley Foundation. Will was informative and supportive from the first evaluation to the project’s conclusion, going above and beyond to alleviate concerns. Ron (the foreman), Jacob and Von were professional, respectful, and very patient throughout the entire project to encapsulate the foundation and address some issues. Ron took the time to explain each step and made sure all of our questions were answered. The worksite was kept clean and organized, and we received regular updates along the way. The quality of work and communication from the entire team really stood out. We would absolutely recommend this company to others.

We scheduled three appointments with local foundation companies to get estimates on jack placement in our crawlspace. All were professional and.provided information, photos and pricing. We chose Mount Valley because of interaction with John Penn. Pricing was competitive but we felt most informed and confident with John and Mount.Valley. He was available and prompt to answer questions and concerns. On installation day, Tommy and crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and quickly went to work. They were a cohesive team and had the job completed in a few hours. We have been very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Mount Valley.

I had foundation repair work done at my Aunt Mary’s house which included replacing a load bearing structural beam 18’ long and installing 8 jacks and 4 metal beams. The crew was fantastic, they kept me updated throughout the process, they were under the house for 3 days. They worked diligently with very few breaks to finish the project. He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. And if there is a problem, you are aware of the problem and he gives you a plan of action to correct the issue. These are very qualified individuals, and they were good at their tasks and responsible to manage the care of my home! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Let me also spotlight Jalen, Garrett, and Hunter, the three men that accomplished all of the above-mentioned labor and results! They were terrific people to deal with, too, and I think I may have made some long-term friends in the process as we interacted well together!!!
