The crew Darrell, Andrew and EJ were great! Darrell called every morning to let me know they were on the way. He let me know the progress they were making and the issues he saw. Q, Dre & Nate worked on our house for 3 days encapsulating it. They were professional in every way. We are totally satisfied. We had a small issue about 2 weeks later. Called for a technician to come check it out. Michael Stone came within 48 hrs & fixed the minor repair. From inspection to installation to follow up we had a great experience with MVF.

I discovered a crack in the front corner of my brick home. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Geddie when Mount Valley corrected a sagging corner of my neighbors home, and asked Chris to look at my situation. He came with an entire set of state-of-the-art measuring tools, and recommended support of my foundation where the crack had occurred. The 3 man technical team the Service leader, Juan, dispatched, led by Foreman Oscar Mota, came and installed four piers supporting the foundation, which helped close the crack in the wall substantially. Mount Valley's warrantee has given me the piece of mind that I will not be bothered by foundation issues for life. Oscar and his team did a fantastic, quick, and very clean installation, and left my property in great shape. The team went the extra mile to clean up and restore the site to it's original appearance. If you need foundation help, you will not go wrong with Mount Valley Foundation Services!

From start to finish, the team, Jarrod, Mason, and Kincade demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They showed up on time and put in a full day's work. They were professional, polite and respectful. They showed us before and after pictures. It's amazing how different our crawl space looks. The follow-up is always the proof of good service. It's pretty hard to get good contractors out here in the middle of nowhere South Carolina. When I moved into my home with a slab foundation, the last thing I thought I have to deal with was PVC plumbing pipes being used as foundation supports. Apparently the house had settled, crushing one of the drainage pipes, allowing fresh water to flow into my septic system. The plumber couldn't repair the pipe due to fear of the house sinking more. So I did some research, and chose Mount Valley Services. The work was relatively minimally invasive, and everything looked normal after the support was installed. Flashforward to today, Service Technician Bryan Curtis was able to keep me reassured about the foundation's support by solving the issues I was having with wide gaps under my doors. He had to go full Sherlock Holmes style to do it, but he figured it out, giving me peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. All of these reports about sinkholes have me paranoid. Thank goodness my house is supported at the bedrock level. Thanks Mount Valley. Highly recommended.

Called to have some cracks in my slab foundation looked at. Will Hedgecock came out and looked at it and explained that this is a common problem with the soils here. I had a lot of anxiety about doing significant work to the house as I have just retired in the last year and still have a lot of decisions to make regarding if I will keep a residence here. Will was very understanding about my anxiety and gave me all of the options so I can relax and take the time I need to think through my overall situation thoroughly and make the best decision going forward. Will is not only an expert in the technical aspects of foundation issues but is very understanding. Will has returned every call and answered every question promptly. He took the time and effort to to help me see all of the elements of the "big picture" giving me the information I need to make the best decision.

Okay. I thought that I wrote a review for Mt. Valley last year for the work that was done in October, 2025. Since last year, all who have come to do other work on my home have been impressed by the work that was done by Messiah and the team of men that worked with him. The team was very professional and explained everything, clearly, that had to be done. They had no problems answering my questions. I've had two concerns since the work and Mt. Valley came out right away to check out my concerns. I am pleased with the service that has been given to me. Groundwork has taken over or merged, I don't know. I've since had to get pier work done due to a foundation issue as of July 8, 2026. So, Groundworks has come out to do the work. It is not completed yet. The inspection has to be done. I'll give a review on that work afterwards. As of this writing, Patrick and the team of men who worked with him were great and addressed my concerns. Thank you.

I would like to thank the guys that did the work Donavan Rougeaux, Durand Rougeaux and Dre Nesbitt. There were a couple of other guys that worked on the first section but I do not remember their names but Donavan and Durand both worked on all parts of the basement. I could not of had any group of guys that were as nice and respectful as this group. I asked Donavon and Durand many questions and they always had answers for me and did not mind me asking so many questions. I actually asked that they have Donavon and Durand to be assigned the second part of the project. They were awesome and I would recommend Mt Valley to anyone. I actually have already told someone to call and if they had work done by Mt Valley to request Donavon and Durand. I am so happy with the workmanship and the attitude of the crew. They are hardworking gentlemen with a work ethic that is inspiring. Mt Valley you are fortunate to have such great employees, what they reflect on your company is worth a lot in today's world. Employees like these brothers and the people working with them is commendable. Thank you guys it was a pleasure meeting you. Larry, thank you for your help and thank you for having Donavon and Durand do this part. All three of the guys worked so very hard. Thank you guys, I appreciate all your hard work . You are a shinning example to all young people today.

Chip Baxter was very helpful in evaluating our concerns and explaining the repairs. All of the crews are polite, hard working, and keep you informed of progress. Special thanks to William Cheek, Andres Bookert, and their teams. Carnell Ray is a master of concrete leveling! He and Desmond did a great job with my driveway, patio, and crooked front sidewalk. The customer service was great in the beginning when your company was trying to sell me a big contract but after they sold me the contract, installed the encapsulation and received payment the customer service is trash. I’ve called twice about questions pertaining to the thermostat and nobody has ever called me back. I wanted to get pictures of the finished work they did under my house and they said that was against company policy. There’s another problem I had with the installation but I don’t want to post it publicly. The work under the house was great but the customer service is awful. They really fooled me because I thought the customer service would be great for years to come but I don’t think it will if it’s a struggle to get help like it is now. The service in the beginning is nowhere near the service at the end. I hope the owner contacts me so I can fill him in on what’s happening to me. I don’t think it’s right at all.UPDATE:I am now in contact with Argie and she’s restored some of my confidence with this company. She’s attentive to my needs, concerned about what’s important to me, responds back to me in a TIMELY MANNER and treats me like she would want to be treated as a customer. If you need something done with this company contact ARGIE. THANK YOU ARGIE!!!I had my house repiped yesterday and while the guys were installing it they let me know what the installers did incorrectly while encapsulating my house. The front sump pump was full of water and not draining because it had no electrical connection. It had no electrical connection because the installers didn't even bother to plug it in. The sump pump wasn't put where it was supposed to be put according to the blueprints because the installers didn't want to dig far enough to place it in the correct spot. My front yard is full of water because the installers from Mount Valley didn't point the pipe down so it can drain properly and it's sitting vertically just filling my yard up with water. The installers left my backyard full of trash, rotted plywood, rock piles and tools when they left. They also busted my pipe in the front yard by hitting it with a shovel and left it for me to find. I appreciate you fixing it but wanted to let you know how mad I am with the installation mistakes I've found so far. I would like someone who had nothing to do with the installation come over and look at the work so I can make sure my house doesn't fall apart because things weren't done right. Please contact me when you can so I can get these things fixed.
