We had a wonderful experience with Zach from Mount Valley Foundation Services. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully inspect everything without rushing. Zach explained the condition of our foundation clearly and honestly, answering all of our questions with patience. We truly appreciated his transparency and the way he made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It’s not easy to find people who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but Zach definitely stands out. Highly recommend him and the company!

From consultation through completion of work, everyone was the consummate professional. The installer’s work exceeded expectations. Every stage of work was thoroughly explained. Truly, I didn’t know that there was so much junk in my crawl space to be removed. Nonetheless, all loose items were removed.The installation to include removing junk was a full three days. I would definitely recommend the full package to include dehumidifier as advertised. Now, I wait for return on investment ((ROI) – lowering of inside dust and energy efficiency. I needed to have my foundation repaired and called several companies for estimates. Their rep showed up on time, was respectful, knowledgeable and took the time to actually HEAR us. There were other companies that were cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. The work started on schedule and finished on schedule as well. They continue to come out and check the job annually (at a very small fee of about an $150) since they guarantee their work for the life of the house. I happily recommend them to anyone who needs that kind of work done.

We scheduled three appointments with local foundation companies to get estimates on jack placement in our crawlspace. All were professional and.provided information, photos and pricing. We chose Mount Valley because of interaction with John Penn. Pricing was competitive but we felt most informed and confident with John and Mount.Valley. He was available and prompt to answer questions and concerns. On installation day, Tommy and crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and quickly went to work. They were a cohesive team and had the job completed in a few hours. We have been very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Mount Valley.

The team (Cody, Von, Pat, Mike and Will) were very professional and got the job done. It was a long hot day – but they knew the game plan – worked through it and cleaned up at the end. The sales/estimator Trey and plan supervisor Phil made sure all permits were in place and the correct solution was designed for our unique problem. They took the time to walk us through multiple solutions until we found the best one, the instillation team even educated us along the way. Chris was very professional and did a thorough job of explaining everything they needed to complete to make the crawl space up to standards. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

Q, Dre & Nate worked on our house for 3 days encapsulating it. They were professional in every way. We are totally satisfied. We had a small issue about 2 weeks later. Called for a technician to come check it out. Michael Stone came within 48 hrs & fixed the minor repair. From inspection to installation to follow up we had a great experience with MVF.

My old house needs some love and I had concerns about my flooring. But after working with Elliot, my worries were put to rest. He arrived promptly and listened carefully. He was a great sport about shimmying into the crawl space where he immediately encountered a dead rat, which didn't faze him a bit. Thankfully it's only a subfloor issue. Elliot explained a couple of ways to go about fixing it. I will definitely be using Mount Valley Foundation to replace the subfloor when the time comes to move on this project. So thankful to be worry-free! A+++++++

We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!

Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

Had a large issue with our foundation on one side of our house. Patrick cane and gave us an estimate and walked us through the process. They were able to get us scheduled really quickly and Jerrod, Antino and Tevin did an amazing job with the repair. Our sloping floors are now even again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

William, Greg and Lewis worked on our house for 2 days. They installed 7 push piers the 1st day and 9 IntelliJacks the 2nd day. They did an excellent job with the installations. They back-filledthe holes, mortared the cracks and restored the landscaping so that it was almost impossible to tell any work was done. They were all very courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. I would have given 5 stars, but one minor problem occurred. A light fixture was broken in the crawl space which I was not told about and discovered it after they left. I reported it to the company and a supervisor offered to come out to replace it, but I had already gotten replacement parts for it. It would have been nice if they offered a credit to my account instead. I wish I could give them 4 and 1/2 stars, but I'm limited to 4.

Daniel came out to inspect and pleasantly told us great news; that our concerns were cosmetic and not serious signs of a crumbling foundation. I very much appreciate Daniel’s honesty with me. My termite bond company alerted me to an extremely high humidity problem in my crawl space. Mold and wood rot were going to be a problem if we did not get it under control so an encapsulation was needed. I called 3 different companies to come and quote the job. Jack Jeffords from Mount Valley came and gave me a no nonsense estimate of what needed to be done. He proposed exactly what was necessary and didn't pad the quote with a bunch of extras that would drive the cost up. MTVS has a low price guarantee stating that they will match any other competitors quote for like for like work and beat it by $100. Encapsulation done properly is not an inexpensive situation. That being said they beat one of the competitors quotes by $10,000 and met the price of the other lowest price that I had received. Jack and his manager worked with me to get the lowest possible cost and I felt really confident with Mount Valley as a organization.A deposit was paid and the work was scheduled about a month away. I got a phone call from the office asking if I would like an earlier date and I said yes. They had a job that had gotten postponed and I was able to take that slot about 3 weeks earlier than scheduled.On the morning of my appointment I was greeted by the job foreman Alex and his assistant Roderick. These guys were great in every respect. My crawl space is quite low and difficult, only 2' at it's tallest point. These two guys attacked it without a complaint and in quick order had the old vapor barrier pulled out and the trash and debris removed and bagged up. They began to wrap the 21 piers and cover the foundation walls with their 20 mil plastic. Then they covered the crawl space floor and the taping process began. On the third day David came and was part of the work crew as well. These guys were all very friendly hard working sharp fellows and were a joy to work with!I am 100% pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation Service. They will do a great job for you and won't try to oversell or take advantage of you.Thanks MVFS for fixing my problem and protecting my home.

David, the field superintendent, took the initiative to conduct a new inspection, reevaluate the situation, and develop a thorough action plan to resolve the issues. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work were evident throughout the process, and his communication kept me informed every step of the way. The project took longer than expected due to some unforeseen complications, but David and the team stayed committed to doing the job correctly. David went above and beyond, documenting the process with photos and maintaining constant communication, which gave me peace of mind. An example of their meticulous work was when they identified a significant hole in my HVAC return duct during the repairs. Not only did they alert me to the issue, but David and his team also took the time to patch it with HVAC tape I had on hand, a kind and thoughtful gesture that has allowed me to address the problem fully. Garrett, one of the repair technicians, was also exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication were evident in every interaction. Adding to the complexity of the situation, my home was undergoing hurricane damage repairs with other contractors frequently on-site. The Mountain Valley Foundation team worked seamlessly with them, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. From start to finish Mount Valley Foundation did an amazing job. My husband and I just moved from WI into a 1950s home. We would set our AC to 70 and the humidity would make it 85 in the home. We got a few different quotes and made our choice. As a first time home owner it’s always scary trying to find the right pick but Shaun, Dre, and Alex were all very informative about what they were doing and was always patient about me asking questions. After a day of completion we now stay at a nice 70 degree home with low humidity.
