FAQs

There are many options available for foundation wall stabilization and repair, and we are pleased to offer several proven permanent repairs. Carbon fiber wall reinforcements are ideal for basement walls that have minor cracking and bowing of less than 2”. For walls that have more than 2” of movement, we can stabilize and help straighten them with wall anchors or specialized braces. Wall anchors are installed in the soil away from your home and are best to use on properties without exterior installation constraints. If this space is not available, we can install our specialized, adjustable braces on interior basement walls.

If you notice that more moisture than what is considered normal in an encapsulated crawl space, then your problem may be due to the failure of any aspect of your crawl space encapsulation system. If you take a look inside your crawl space and notice mold, standing water, or even excess humidity, then your crawl space encapsulation is clearly failing. Finding the problem and having it repaired can return your crawl space – and your home, as it was likely affected, too – back to a normal and comfortable environment that is free of too much moisture and the ill effects that come with it.

DIY basement floor repair can be expensive. Before repairing a basement floor, homeowners need the right tools and materials. You may not know what to do with the items you’ve brought home if you’ve never fixed a leaking basement floor.

Damaged soil won’t be able to sustain your pool deck because the concrete becomes too heavy. People, furniture, screens, and pool water add weight to pool decks and make it even harder for soil to support the concrete. All of these reasons can cause broken, uneven pool decks, especially if the soil below is damaged by some external factor.
