I was having a lot of issues with my home including health issues, I first notice a crack in the Sheetrock above the corner of a window, it just kept getting larger, I also seem to have a lot of moisture under the house that was causing the installation under the floor to fall and you could see mildew and mold growing on everything under there. My and I both could smell a musty smell when the AC came on, I’m allergic to about everything and for the past 3 years I have been having constant Sinus infections, I noticed that when we went on vacation My sinus would clear up but soon as I was back home the infections started back, thats when I searched the internet and found Mount Valley Foundation Service, They sent out John Penn, he went under the house for about an hour took pictures check structure and we sat down and looked it all over well not only did I have mildew and mold and moisture problems but look like in the winter snakes would hide out in the installation, he told me what options I had and we’ll I jumped on the chance to eliminate all these issues, John new his stuff and it showed, they sent a crew out to start the work, Damion and David really did a great job at getting that job done right, I could not be anymore happier right now, I could go under there with a sleeping bag and fell clean and safe. Thanks to all the guys who came out and did the work you said you would do. I’ll try and put a few before and after pics.

We had a couple guys come out to quote foundation issues and encapsulation. Mount Valley was amazing from start to finish. They guys are extremely polite and professional. They went out of their way to complete the job on time even when a member got sick the guy, Justin and Messian came through to finish the job on schedule. These gentleman showed us a leak and looked throughout the home to check anywhere else. They buttoned up the crawlspace and gave us instructions for the dehumidifier. Also the project manager was on site and helped us get the dips out of the floor several times to satisfaction. Great group and people and would highly recommend.

Okay. I thought that I wrote a review for Mt. Valley last year for the work that was done in October, 2025. Since last year, all who have come to do other work on my home have been impressed by the work that was done by Messiah and the team of men that worked with him. The team was very professional and explained everything, clearly, that had to be done. They had no problems answering my questions. I've had two concerns since the work and Mt. Valley came out right away to check out my concerns. I am pleased with the service that has been given to me. Groundwork has taken over or merged, I don't know. I've since had to get pier work done due to a foundation issue as of July 8, 2026. So, Groundworks has come out to do the work. It is not completed yet. The inspection has to be done. I'll give a review on that work afterwards. As of this writing, Patrick and the team of men who worked with him were great and addressed my concerns. Thank you.

From Jeff who initially assessed my crawlspace needs, to Damian, David, Joquise and Roderick, everyone was professional, respectful and courteous.The work included replacement of 6 cinder block peers, steel beam installation and crawl space encapsulation. The team explained their work each day and answered any questions I had about the process and materials. I had a thorough walk through upon job completion which was consistent with their process during the job.I would highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation and use them again should the need arise.

Mount Valley Foundation services has done foundation piers, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting/stabilizing at my home. Prices are competitive for these types of repairs. Chip Baxter was very helpful in evaluating our concerns and explaining the repairs. All of the crews are polite, hard working, and keep you informed of progress. Special thanks to William Cheek, Andres Bookert, and their teams. Carnell Ray is a master of concrete leveling! He and Desmond did a great job with my driveway, patio, and crooked front sidewalk. The supervisor, Scott Wingard, makes sure the work is done to customer satisfaction.
