They were very amiable and more than willing to answer questions that came up during the time they were here. It was so nice for a change to have a service provider arrive on time and provide exactly what I expected. Alex Myers and his crew; Cedric Kensley, Omar Cummings, Raeqwan-White Robinson, got right to work and did an outstanding job. Alex called to let me know when they were 30 mins out, greeted me, introduced himself and shook my hand. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the demeanor of his crew. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with their work. Plus, Alex took photos so I didn’t have to crawl under the house to inspect the results. I encourage anyone needing work done in their crawl space to use Mount Valley Foundation Services based in Charleston, SC. Many thanks to Glen Joyner for his estimate, explanations, and follow up. Don Lester did a great job explaining the issues with my crawlspace. He was very thorough. The inspection lasted about 4 hours. He inspected inside, the crawlspace, and checked out cracks in the bricks. I had two other estimates and although it’s more, I went with Mount Valley.

Anderson was very informative on the step by step process for a crawlspace encapsulation and installation of a dehumidifier. He provided pictures of the areas that need taken care of. The crew Darrell, Andrew and EJ were great! Darrell called every morning to let me know they were on the way. He let me know the progress they were making and the issues he saw. When the job was complete he send me the pictures of the final encapsulation and dehumidifier. It looks amazing! They were very professional and polite.

After interviewing two other men whom I would not even trust to water my flowers, I found Dan Rubenstein with Mountain Valley Foundation. What a gem of a professional! We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!
