The guys at Mount Valley are the best. Dino did a thorough inspection and explained the repairs that were needed. Darrell, Javon, and the crew did a great job getting our floors leveled and crawl space encapsulated. Everyone was very professional and all were concerned that we were satisfied with the results. Mount Valley Foundation turned out to be our saving grace. After consulting multiple local companies after my daughter's first home purchase, this was the only company that responded promptly and professionally. Anderson Pusey was our point of contact, and from that initial consultation, not only was it obvious he was knowledgeable, but it was also evident he is passionate about helping people and following through on his commitment to his customers. Never have I experienced this level of dedication with any contractor. Having a "sales" person exhibit the level of care and service that Anderson has from start to finish is unheard of. To say Anderson went "above and beyond" is the understatement of the century. Use Mount Valley Foundation for your crawl space encapsulation needs as we did… you will not be disappointed. The crew that did the work, Jerrod Mazyck, Noah Jenkins, and Alex Myers were so polite, thorough, and an absolute joy to work with! I cannot recommend this company enough!

We called Mount Valley Foundation Services to request an inspection of our subfloor & floor joists due to cracked kitchen tiles & bouncy floor in an adjacent room. Glenn Joyner came out to do the inspection, and we were very impressed with his knowledge, experience, & friendly demeanor. He did a thorough inspection, showed us photos, & said our house was structurally sound, but bouncy floors were due to the long room having 40 yr. old floor joists that were sagging from age & prior moisture issues that existed before our crawl space was encapsulated 17 yrs. ago. He detailed how Mount Valley could raise the joists to permanently resolve the bounce, & the price to do so. We were forthright about needing to save for expense of raising the floor joists, & he offered us the option of using their financing plan, but was understanding when we said we had to make a plan & a timetable before moving forward. Our plan will include using Mount Valley when ready to proceed with repairs.

It’s scary contracting with Foundation companies as the cost of thousands of dollars is in the offing. Our 85 year-old house in Wagener Terrace needed 11 floor and structural supports. Kevin reviewed the crawlspace with me and the work was performed by Derek and TJ, resulting in what now feels like a new house! More specifically, the trust that Kevin relays and the extraordinary and professional job efforts of Derek and TJ resulted in a superior outcome. These individuals have done Mt. It was so nice for a change to have a service provider arrive on time and provide exactly what I expected. Alex Myers and his crew; Cedric Kensley, Omar Cummings, Raeqwan-White Robinson, got right to work and did an outstanding job. Alex called to let me know when they were 30 mins out, greeted me, introduced himself and shook my hand. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the demeanor of his crew. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with their work. Plus, Alex took photos so I didn’t have to crawl under the house to inspect the results. I want to commend the outstanding work of Will Soulier (Foreman), Jimmy Bracey IV, and Myshaun Joyner. This crew recently installed eight foundation piers–six on my property and two at my neighbor's–to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose–even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property–protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. The fact that they completed the full scope of work in a single business day, with quality and efficiency, speaks volumes about their coordination and work ethic. This crew represented their company with integrity, craftsmanship, and pride. Their work and conduct reflect the highest standards, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome.

I recently had foundation work completed by Mount Valley Foundation at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team, Jarrod, Mason, and Kincade demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained the underlying problems, and offered a practical plan that fit both my needs and budget. The three man crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean and safe. They communicated progress throughout the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Once the work was complete, they walked me through everything they had done and made sure all my questions were answered. The quality of the repair is outstanding—my home feels more stable, the cracks have been addressed, and I have peace of mind knowing the foundation is solid for the long term.
