We had Mount Valley Foundation complete a foundation repair on February 9, 2026. Kevin A, Chris W, and Mason T, were the workmen who completed our job. They were polite, attentive, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They had great attention to detail, replaced yard items that had to be moved, and even raked the marks left by their equipment. I have rarely seen a team that did as good.

The Charleston office team is professional, responsive to questions, and thorough in consultation with photos and diagrams to problems with our foundation. The team who performed the work were on time, worked all day, reported any problems and offered solutions. Pleased with the quality of work. Our problem was sagging floors due to lack of foundation support beams in a post and beam construction. The building code requirements 20 years ago was inadequate to support the house over time. We had several I beams installed with supporting jacks to level the foundation and prevent further sagging.

I had an appointment with Mr Edwardson and he arrived on time. After explaining what I needed he spent the time to draw up a plan with 3 different scenarios. We sat down. And he discussed all of the options along with the various payment plans. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Mr Edwardson.

After interviewing two other men whom I would not even trust to water my flowers, I found Dan Rubenstein with Mountain Valley Foundation. What a gem of a professional! He showed us photos of our crawl space problem, explained the restoration thoroughly, and even gave his time and expertise in a follow up phone call. We are quite thrilled. It’s impossible to find a more knowledgeable and thorough professional.

Kevin A. and Michael M. cane out to lift and stabilize my pool deck. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They also kept the site clean and did not get any debris in my pool. I am very pleased with the work they performed , and I would recommend them for all concrete issues.

It’s scary contracting with Foundation companies as the cost of thousands of dollars is in the offing. Our 85 year-old house in Wagener Terrace needed 11 floor and structural supports. Kevin reviewed the crawlspace with me and the work was performed by Derek and TJ, resulting in what now feels like a new house! More specifically, the trust that Kevin relays and the extraordinary and professional job efforts of Derek and TJ resulted in a superior outcome. These individuals have done Mt. Valley Foundation ‘proud’ and receive the highest recommendations and accommodations from this family. Thank you for your expert performance.

These guys were professional. Explained what they were going to do and. They kept us i formed through the project. I believe it was Joe that let me stand next to him when the other guys were making final adjustments to lift my laundry room so that I could see my laundry door close for the first time.

Jake was very professional and explained everything in detail that I need to have done. He went the extra mile to make sure that I understood everything I need and extra issues that will be needed done as well. He gave me his number to call if I had any questions. I greatly appreciate the time. He didn't rush through anything.
