His team worked together so hard while carrying on a banter like good friends. Oscar handled one stumbling block easily working with my HVAC guy.

We had a wonderful experience with Zach from Mount Valley Foundation Services. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully inspect everything without rushing. Zach explained the condition of our foundation clearly and honestly, answering all of our questions with patience. We truly appreciated his transparency and the way he made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It’s not easy to find people who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but Zach definitely stands out. Highly recommend him and the company!

Chris was very professional and did a thorough job of explaining everything they needed to complete to make the crawl space up to standards. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

Clint was exceptional. He explained everything perfectly and took as much time as possible to make sure we were happy with the entire process. He checked our crawl space and made sure we were comfortable with the part of the foundation that needed repair. He was willing to work with us on financing since we are on a fixed income. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the process work out.Well, it's been 8 months and we've had several major rain events. My basement is still dry and I am very pleased with Mount Valley.

Mount Valley Foundation continues to exceed my expectations. Ron, Scott, and Kolby did an outstanding job on the cellar at our 615 building. They removed years of old debris, installed a sump pump and two dehumidifiers, and left the space looking incredible. What impressed me most was the professionalism. The job site was spotless when they finished, and Ron communicated project updates, arrival times, and departure times every step of the way. This is the third project my sales representative, Carlton, has quoted for me, and every one has gone exactly as planned. I’m a big fan of Mount Valley Foundation. Great company, great people, and they truly stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

We had an encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump installed, jacks installed, and a new steel support beam installed in our crawl space and couldn’t be more happy with the results. It looks great and has given us peace of mind knowing we did the right thing for the longevity of our home. It’s all thanks for Joshua B, Vaughn, and Hunter. I’ve been looking to have the foundation on my garage stabilized for sometime. My wife saw an ad by Mike Rowe from Dirty Job and we reached out and we were connected with Mountain Valley Foundations. The initial contact and proposal by Josh was seamless and very professional. The work was scheduled within a reasonable time and the work crew arrived on time and completed the job early, with great communication and pictures of the work. Jack the foreman kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. Dalton and Cameron worked diligently to complete the project always careful not to damage existing landscaping or encroach the neighbors land. Highly recommend if you have foundation issues.

We are very thankful that we selected Mount Valley to raise and align the concrete slabs in our garage and sidewalk. Dustin came in july and gave us a very careful estimate and was extremely polite and helpful. And today, Yannis came and worked all day on the job raising and aligning the slabs in the garage and the sidewalk. He was extremely courteous and he was totally dedicated to making us happy with his work- – he did an excellent job!!
