We discovered a crack in the foundation that ran along the interior of the outer walls of the house. I called Mount Valley and Dustin came to inspect. One corner of the foundation had dropped half an inch. I decided to contract their services. Yiannis and Landon arrived a few days later. They walked me through the repair process before proceeding and did a fantastic job. Before they left we walked through the work area and presented the results. I am impressed with quality of the work done. I will be recommending Mount Valley to everyone I know.

We had foundation reinforcement work done with piers on our property, and we were very happy the way Yiannis and Landon handled the work. Their attitude and disposition were terrific. They explained what was going on and called us to show us what they were doing. We were fascinated by the way this kind of work is done. We appreciated Yiannis and Landon's work, friendliness and cleanliness. We hope to have good results with this work for many years.

My husband and I found Mount Valley Foundation through Angies list. They were prompt and had us an appointment right away. We were introduced to Mr. Jonathan Geddie. He made us both feel comfortable as he went through every detail of the company and how they operate. Also, when he started to evaluate our home he was very thorough and gave us every detail and information to how to solve our foundation issues. He made sure we understood and listened to our questions and concerns. Having a company that is not only well known to many, but to have someone like Mr. Jonathan who is well aware and knows his job so well helped us realize we chose the right and best company. We are so appreciative to Mr. Jonathan and the time we took with us.

There were some challenges during the first day of repairs, but what stood out to me was how quickly and effectively the team addressed them. David, the field superintendent, took the initiative to conduct a new inspection, reevaluate the situation, and develop a thorough action plan to resolve the issues. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work were evident throughout the process, and his communication kept me informed every step of the way. The project took longer than expected due to some unforeseen complications, but David and the team stayed committed to doing the job correctly. David went above and beyond, documenting the process with photos and maintaining constant communication, which gave me peace of mind. An example of their meticulous work was when they identified a significant hole in my HVAC return duct during the repairs. Not only did they alert me to the issue, but David and his team also took the time to patch it with HVAC tape I had on hand, a kind and thoughtful gesture that has allowed me to address the problem fully. Garrett, one of the repair technicians, was also exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication were evident in every interaction. Adding to the complexity of the situation, my home was undergoing hurricane damage repairs with other contractors frequently on-site. The Mountain Valley Foundation team worked seamlessly with them, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. Their adaptability and cooperation with other professionals highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. In the end, Mountain Valley Foundation delivered high-quality work and ensured my foundation repairs were completed correctly. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and the care they showed throughout the process. Thank you, David, Garrett, and the entire team for your outstanding efforts!

​I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mount Valley Foundation, specifically Jonathan Geddie. Jonathan came to my home on his personal time—a Sunday!—which speaks volumes about his dedication. He was polite, punctual, and arrived at the time we agreed on. He came highly recommended by a mutual friend, and he lived up to every bit of that praise. Jonathan politely knocked at my front door and introduced himself. It was at this point I realized he was with Mount Vally. Jonathan listened to my wants and had coffee with us before he inspected my crawlspace. He WAS underneath for awhile and I even started to worry about his well being until he came back to the front door and politely knocked again, which is appreciated in a household full of dogs. He asked if we were ready to see the pictures; we weren't. We were actually ready to eat! With the bountiful amount of chili my partner made we invited him to eat with us, and he filled our hearts by acceptingour invitation. We shared a meal and moments that felt like we have known each other for years! We felt so completely comfortable & truly enjoyed his company. After we got to the bottom of our bowls it was time to see what actual took so long underneath the house, and boy!- we were had no clue. Jonathan went into detail of the areas of concern with pictures to prove it. Jonathan went through each picture with us. Unlike the other three companies I called, Jonathan didn’t just give me a price; he showed me the mold, standing water, and rotten beams through photos. He saved me from a huge mistake—encapsulating a house that was structurally unsound. He made sure all my questions were answered. I’m starting with my structural repairs now with my partners workers from his company, but Mount Valley will be the only ones I call for the drainage and encapsulation once that’s finished! We would have loved to have Mount Valley do the whole project for us, but unfortunately we are not ballers like that. But after seeing the videos that was presented at the time of our inspection and after listening to other companies, we will definitely have Jonathan back over to sign a contract! Not just because of our wonderful experience with Jonathan , but also because Mount Valley offers a 2 year same as cash financing, and that is an incredible offer and ver manageable for us! Jonathan Geddie at Mount Valley Foundation provides a level of service you just don't see anymore and we plan on having him back at the end of summer! Ask for Jonathan Geddie, you will be glad you did. Thank me later.

We had a wonderful experience with Zach from Mount Valley Foundation Services. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully inspect everything without rushing. Zach explained the condition of our foundation clearly and honestly, answering all of our questions with patience. We truly appreciated his transparency and the way he made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It’s not easy to find people who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but Zach definitely stands out. Highly recommend him and the company!
