Sands Williamson met me at one of my listings in Aiken this afternoon. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that the foundation in this home was level and he even took care of a couple of issues in the crawlspace. As a Realtor, it’s often hard for me to find honest and reliable trades people. But Sands is definitely one that deserves five stars. I would highly recommend him and his company for any foundation or crawlspace issues.

From consultation through completion of work, everyone was the consummate professional. The installer’s work exceeded expectations. Every stage of work was thoroughly explained. Truly, I didn’t know that there was so much junk in my crawl space to be removed. Nonetheless, all loose items were removed.The installation to include removing junk was a full three days. I would definitely recommend the full package to include dehumidifier as advertised. Now, I wait for return on investment ((ROI) – lowering of inside dust and energy efficiency. Carnell arrived promptly; kept us informed every step of the process; updated us on what to expect; he was very professional; experienced; courteous; personable; friendly and assured us if the process. The follow-up is always the proof of good service. It's pretty hard to get good contractors out here in the middle of nowhere South Carolina. When I moved into my home with a slab foundation, the last thing I thought I have to deal with was PVC plumbing pipes being used as foundation supports. Apparently the house had settled, crushing one of the drainage pipes, allowing fresh water to flow into my septic system. The plumber couldn't repair the pipe due to fear of the house sinking more. So I did some research, and chose Mount Valley Services. The work was relatively minimally invasive, and everything looked normal after the support was installed. Flashforward to today, Service Technician Bryan Curtis was able to keep me reassured about the foundation's support by solving the issues I was having with wide gaps under my doors. He had to go full Sherlock Holmes style to do it, but he figured it out, giving me peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. All of these reports about sinkholes have me paranoid. Thank goodness my house is supported at the bedrock level. Thanks Mount Valley. Highly recommended.

I recently had Nathan, Tevin, and Lamonte install a sump pump with a French drain at my house and I could not be more pleased with the team. They were punctual, they were polite, they were courteous, professional and knowledge. Great work and walked me through everything that they did and showed pictures of the process To eliminate any questions that I may have had in the future. I highly recommend this team.

I am very pleased with the service of Mount Valley foundations. My service men who are: William Cheek, Rashad Hayward and Aveion Jacobs did an excellent job. When they arrived here exactly on the time that they said they were going to be here I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. Mr. Cheek communicated with me throughout the whole process. After about 4 hours they were completed. He came inside my house and made sure everything was level as well as cleaned up their mess outside. He was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. If I have any other problems again, I will call Mount valley foundations.

10/10 recommend Cory and his crew out to service your foundational repair needs. I had them come out the first time in the summer to come up with a plan to restore replace and renew my basement. They help assess and kill the dangerous mold and encapsulated to prevent any further damage. I then had them out the second time which was just this weekend and they installed 8 jack/support beams and left my basement looking like I can rent it out on air bnb. All that said, excellent experience with total professionalism.

He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. Mt. Valley foundation services just completed our crawl space encapsulation today. We are very, very pleased. Robert Dunn, foreman, and his crew, Ryan Lever abd Darryl Thorpe did an excellent job. They showed up on time and put in a full day's work. They were professional, polite and respectful. They showed us before and after pictures. It's amazing how different our crawl space looks. This will save us $ on electricity and prevent possible future foundation issues. If you need your crawl space encapsulated, you cannot go wrong with Mt Valley Foundation Services. We highly recommend them.
