Over all, everything went well. The job was under estimated. There ended up needing to more additional jacks as the initial estimate did not cover all areas with issues. The guys that performed the work were very nice, professional and courteous while on site. Did great work and resolved the floor issue. The only issue that I did have was the time they arrived to start work. I expected them to begin first thing in the morning's and put in full days of work to complete the project and not fitting in other jobs. The communication of arrival should have been better since I did take off work specifically for this job to be done. I was given a time of arrival and they did not show for several hours later. Again they did excellent work over all. Just need to work on arrival time and communication in my opinion.

He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem and came up with a solution with several financing options available. I spent a great deal of time researching crawlspace encapsulation, so I knew what to look for in regards to quality. These guys are incredible and did a very good job in every single area. I also got quotes from two other companies before I went with Mountain Valley, and in comparison, the materials Mountain Valley used and their techniques were superior. The crawlspace encapsulation looks amazing. The team was also very friendly and super kind. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the service of Mount Valley foundations. My service men who are: William Cheek, Rashad Hayward and Aveion Jacobs did an excellent job. When they arrived here exactly on the time that they said they were going to be here I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. Mr. Cheek communicated with me throughout the whole process. After about 4 hours they were completed. He came inside my house and made sure everything was level as well as cleaned up their mess outside. He was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. If I have any other problems again, I will call Mount valley foundations.
