We had our crawl space encapsulated and dehumidifier installed. We were notified when the inspection was to take place. Everything was explained to us along with photos. The installers called when they were on their way. Cody and Von ( installers) were prompt, knowledgeable and did a good job. They let us know what they did and called us when they were on their way.

We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!

He went over the warranty information after the job, and reassured me that if any adjustments were needed to just give them a call. I learned that 3 rooms were lower than the rest of the house and that Mount Valley had the fix! Austin and Michael promptly arrived and injected the polymer through the flooring into the ground. I found the pair to be quite knowledgeable and personable. They answered every question I had leaving me feeling very informed for the next house I buy. They were respectful of my home regarding routing their hose into my home and leaving the area as clean as possible afterwards. I'm very satisfied with Mount Valley's approach to foundation fixed.

Absolutely love this company. From start to finish the sales rep and the people on the job were attentive to all of our needs. Originally we were meant to have our job done next week but they had an earlier slot and asked if we wanted it.We said yes and they sent two teams out to work on it. They were kind and efficient. Even after ripping up all the old plastic down there they cleaned every piece up and left no trace behind. We love our new crawl space door and the dehumidifier is quite.Within two day we could already see a difference in the humidity under the house.They let us know of a leak we had which i appreciate greatly.I recommend them to any and everyone. Best company we have found by far.
