Will, Adam and Ober, come out on the scheduled date and got right to work, as things went along they identified some ways to improve the initial solution, we talked about it, I appreciate the opportunity they took to improve my situation. Without delay they charged straight ahead with the new plan and actually saved me a few dollars in the process. Will and Adam's explanation of each and every step of the project was perfect. I needed to have my foundation repaired and called several companies for estimates. Their rep showed up on time, was respectful, knowledgeable and took the time to actually HEAR us. There were other companies that were cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. The work started on schedule and finished on schedule as well. They continue to come out and check the job annually (at a very small fee of about an $150) since they guarantee their work for the life of the house. I happily recommend them to anyone who needs that kind of work done.

I have no complaints about the technicians sent to my house. There were several, as they kept sending people who were too big to fit under my house, but they were all nice and professional. Eventually, the Service Manager showed up with a team and things moved a little faster. However, ultimately it took six months to get any actual work completed. They just finished up the last piece of the project Jan 2, 2026, which was late, but it was the primary thing I wanted and needed done – it was the warranty work – adjusting the jacks. It wasn’t completed by the date they originally said it would be, but it was eventually done and it did help. I also asked for a crawl space encapsulation. I didn’t get an encapsulation, I got a vapor barrier. It was included in the $28K worth of other recommended work, that I paid for. At this point I don’t know if it was worth it, but I sure hope it was. For me, that’s a lot of money! Anyway, two of their project foremen said the sump pump they installed was in the wrong place or there should be an additional one installed at the back corner of my house where the water (groundwater seepage) is actually occurring at. The Production Manager did call me back and agreed to re-evaluate in three months and said if the current setup with the installed French drains and sump pump at the front of the house isn’t getting that groundwater seepage out, he’ll have a crew install a second sump pump in that other location for free. Again, no complaints about the crews or quality of the work. Just questioning the accuracy and timeliness. It took so long that one of my walls finally cracked and that could have been avoided. Great work by Derrick, James, Jerome. Also Jarrod and Will – and their crews.

William, Greg and Lewis worked on our house for 2 days. They installed 7 push piers the 1st day and 9 IntelliJacks the 2nd day. They did an excellent job with the installations. They back-filledthe holes, mortared the cracks and restored the landscaping so that it was almost impossible to tell any work was done. They were all very courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. I would have given 5 stars, but one minor problem occurred. A light fixture was broken in the crawl space which I was not told about and discovered it after they left. I reported it to the company and a supervisor offered to come out to replace it, but I had already gotten replacement parts for it. It would have been nice if they offered a credit to my account instead. I wish I could give them 4 and 1/2 stars, but I'm limited to 4.

We discovered a crack in the foundation that ran along the interior of the outer walls of the house. I called Mount Valley and Dustin came to inspect. One corner of the foundation had dropped half an inch. I decided to contract their services. Yiannis and Landon arrived a few days later. They walked me through the repair process before proceeding and did a fantastic job. Before they left we walked through the work area and presented the results. I am impressed with quality of the work done. I will be recommending Mount Valley to everyone I know.

Very impressed with Mt Valley Foundation from our initial contact as I talked with a person to schedule an appointment for foundation inspection. Dustin , our inspector, explained our issue and the work required to resolve problem. Our crew of Josh, Connor and Da:shon arrived on time, introduced themselves and began working. I was impressed by how well they worked together and were able to discuss and resolve differences. One issue arose and they handled it in a mature and honest manner. We now have a very safe kitchen floor and they even left us with a working sink till new kitchen arrives. Would give 10 of 10 if possible.

Daniel came out to inspect and pleasantly told us great news; that our concerns were cosmetic and not serious signs of a crumbling foundation. I very much appreciate Daniel’s honesty with me. This company has integrity and I highly recommend them off that fact alone.

My termite bond company alerted me to an extremely high humidity problem in my crawl space. Mold and wood rot were going to be a problem if we did not get it under control so an encapsulation was needed. I called 3 different companies to come and quote the job. Jack Jeffords from Mount Valley came and gave me a no nonsense estimate of what needed to be done. He proposed exactly what was necessary and didn't pad the quote with a bunch of extras that would drive the cost up. MTVS has a low price guarantee stating that they will match any other competitors quote for like for like work and beat it by $100. Encapsulation done properly is not an inexpensive situation. That being said they beat one of the competitors quotes by $10,000 and met the price of the other lowest price that I had received. Jack and his manager worked with me to get the lowest possible cost and I felt really confident with Mount Valley as a organization.A deposit was paid and the work was scheduled about a month away. I got a phone call from the office asking if I would like an earlier date and I said yes. They had a job that had gotten postponed and I was able to take that slot about 3 weeks earlier than scheduled.On the morning of my appointment I was greeted by the job foreman Alex and his assistant Roderick. These guys were great in every respect. My crawl space is quite low and difficult, only 2' at it's tallest point. These two guys attacked it without a complaint and in quick order had the old vapor barrier pulled out and the trash and debris removed and bagged up. They began to wrap the 21 piers and cover the foundation walls with their 20 mil plastic. Then they covered the crawl space floor and the taping process began. On the third day David came and was part of the work crew as well. These guys were all very friendly hard working sharp fellows and were a joy to work with!I am 100% pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation Service. They will do a great job for you and won't try to oversell or take advantage of you.Thanks MVFS for fixing my problem and protecting my home.

We had Mt. Valley replace our main beam, another beam, and some subfloor. Dan was the project manager and was easy to sit down with and discuss exactly what I needed and didn't need right now. Dylan and his crew finished the job in 2 days and worked their butts off. They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they finished. Our house and floors are finally level and we will be using them in the future for any foundation repair needs. Thanks again!

I contacted Mount Valley to inspect and repair my retaining wall that developed cracks after a period of heavy rain. To my surprise, the inspection was free unlike other companies. Kolden, the inspector, called the day prior to the inspection and the day of. He showed up on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated with me throughout the process. I was left with a comprehensive plan that I am confident will address my issues. I highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation Services, and if you are lucky to get Kolden as your inspector, you're in great hands.

We found a leak under my crawlspace, called the plumber because we thought it was the pipes and he informed us that it was a foundation leak and there was nothing wrong with the pipes. Well, we had heard about you guys because some friends used you for a project at their home and Daniel came out. He was professional. I asked him to use a mask and he.immediately Complied with the request. We sat at the table had a detailed discussion he was very friendly gave a lot of information very knowledgeable and thank God we did not need the service because he found nothing after his inspection but if I ever need help again in this type of way, I would be more than glad to call you guys because Daniel left a lasting impression.

One of Mount Valley's field inspectors, Elliot W., came out to inspect a small foundation issue I was concerned about. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and gave me some recommendations for fixes and improvements that I could do myself to prevent further issues, and told me exactly what I needed to monitor to see if the issue was getting worse over time, as opposed to trying to sell me a solution that I didn't need right now. He even took his boots off before coming inside, which I appreciated. I left the inspection feeling confident that should the issue get worse, mount valley will be the guys for the job.

From consultation through completion of work, everyone was the consummate professional. The installer’s work exceeded expectations. Every stage of work was thoroughly explained. Truly, I didn’t know that there was so much junk in my crawl space to be removed. Nonetheless, all loose items were removed.The installation to include removing junk was a full three days. I would definitely recommend the full package to include dehumidifier as advertised. Now, I wait for return on investment ((ROI) – lowering of inside dust and energy efficiency. The Charleston office team is professional, responsive to questions, and thorough in consultation with photos and diagrams to problems with our foundation. The team who performed the work were on time, worked all day, reported any problems and offered solutions. Pleased with the quality of work. Our problem was sagging floors due to lack of foundation support beams in a post and beam construction. The building code requirements 20 years ago was inadequate to support the house over time. We had several I beams installed with supporting jacks to level the foundation and prevent further sagging.

We got our crawl space encapsulated a couple years ago with Mount Valley. We needed a repair on the entryway and Nathan came out to get that done. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and got the job done efficiently and in a reasonable time. He went above and beyond by relocating a wall mounted plastic box that was overlapping our crawl space door! This will make it much easier to open and access the crawl space in the future! He also organized the wires and cables near the entrance and cleaned up the debris there too. Overall a great experience working with Nathan!

Over all, everything went well. The job was under estimated. There ended up needing to more additional jacks as the initial estimate did not cover all areas with issues. The guys that performed the work were very nice, professional and courteous while on site. Did great work and resolved the floor issue. The only issue that I did have was the time they arrived to start work. I expected them to begin first thing in the morning's and put in full days of work to complete the project and not fitting in other jobs. The communication of arrival should have been better since I did take off work specifically for this job to be done. I was given a time of arrival and they did not show for several hours later. Again they did excellent work over all. Just need to work on arrival time and communication in my opinion.
