Very impressed with Mt Valley Foundation from our initial contact as I talked with a person to schedule an appointment for foundation inspection. Dustin , our inspector, explained our issue and the work required to resolve problem. Our crew of Josh, Connor and Da:shon arrived on time, introduced themselves and began working. I was impressed by how well they worked together and were able to discuss and resolve differences. One issue arose and they handled it in a mature and honest manner. We now have a very safe kitchen floor and they even left us with a working sink till new kitchen arrives. Would give 10 of 10 if possible.

Without delay they charged straight ahead with the new plan and actually saved me a few dollars in the process. Will and Adam's explanation of each and every step of the project was perfect. The salesman Trey Smedley came measured my house went thru with laser then came to me to show what he found explained everything. He answered every question I had, showed videos of how things were done. He was patient very polite. I’ve had other quotes but they never took time to show me what they found figured quote they didn’t go thru all the rooms only bedrooms. I had other places that Trey found and price for all work was not much higher and I’m getting what the other quote never discussed. My opinion you have a great salesman even when I broke down and cried because I’m stressed with issue and having to pay for all that’s wrong with house. He gave me a minute to get myself together. I’m widowed it’s me now and I struggle but this has to be done before it gets more costly. He deserves a good bonus you’re very lucky to have him on your team

A week before Christmas, I had a rat invasion in the crawlspace that was encapsulated by Mount Valley. Marge came out several times to help me cover the holes where a rat had eaten through the encapsulation material. She was great!! I highly recommend Mount Valley and their great customer service! Marge should be commended for her excellent tireless efforts to help me with my problem. We are now rat, free and encapsulation has now been restored back to normal.

The work was scheduled within a reasonable time and the work crew arrived on time and completed the job early, with great communication and pictures of the work. Jack the foreman kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. Dalton and Cameron worked diligently to complete the project always careful not to damage existing landscaping or encroach the neighbors land. Highly recommend if you have foundation issues.

When I set up the appointment, I was afraid I'd feel pressured to use the service. Bradley Dixon, with the Greenville/Spartanburg office, was very courteous. I found him to very honest. Since there is a minimum upfront cost, and my project was very small, I decided to leave the sidewalk the way it was. Bradley was fine with my decision and didn't try to change my mind. If I ever have another project, I will certainly call them first.

To be honest though, we live in far WNC and after calling 10 companies…all led to Mount Valley, so there's no competition other than locals who are either crummy or 6 months out if they are reliable and worthwhile. So, although I rate them overpriced, I guess they may be reasonably priced given our situation.

Mt. Valley foundation services just completed our crawl space encapsulation today. We are very, very pleased. Robert Dunn, foreman, and his crew, Ryan Lever abd Darryl Thorpe did an excellent job. They showed up on time and put in a full day's work. They were professional, polite and respectful. They showed us before and after pictures. It's amazing how different our crawl space looks. This will save us $ on electricity and prevent possible future foundation issues. If you need your crawl space encapsulated, you cannot go wrong with Mt Valley Foundation Services. We highly recommend them.

Chris was very professional and did a thorough job of explaining everything they needed to complete to make the crawl space up to standards. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

There were some challenges during the first day of repairs, but what stood out to me was how quickly and effectively the team addressed them. David, the field superintendent, took the initiative to conduct a new inspection, reevaluate the situation, and develop a thorough action plan to resolve the issues. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work were evident throughout the process, and his communication kept me informed every step of the way. The project took longer than expected due to some unforeseen complications, but David and the team stayed committed to doing the job correctly. David went above and beyond, documenting the process with photos and maintaining constant communication, which gave me peace of mind. An example of their meticulous work was when they identified a significant hole in my HVAC return duct during the repairs. Not only did they alert me to the issue, but David and his team also took the time to patch it with HVAC tape I had on hand, a kind and thoughtful gesture that has allowed me to address the problem fully. Garrett, one of the repair technicians, was also exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication were evident in every interaction. Adding to the complexity of the situation, my home was undergoing hurricane damage repairs with other contractors frequently on-site. The Mountain Valley Foundation team worked seamlessly with them, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. Their adaptability and cooperation with other professionals highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. In the end, Mountain Valley Foundation delivered high-quality work and ensured my foundation repairs were completed correctly. After identifying issues that was preventing proper drainage he came back out after hours and fixed my problem.
