Jack Jeffers was absolutely wonderful to work with. He confirmed the appointment for the next day. He showed up exactly on time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about how and what was needed and also the steps that needed to be taken before and after their service. I am very pleased with the service of Mount Valley foundations. My service men who are: William Cheek, Rashad Hayward and Aveion Jacobs did an excellent job. When they arrived here exactly on the time that they said they were going to be here I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. Mr. Cheek communicated with me throughout the whole process. After about 4 hours they were completed. He came inside my house and made sure everything was level as well as cleaned up their mess outside. He was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. If I have any other problems again, I will call Mount valley foundations.

We had a wonderful experience with Zach from Mount Valley Foundation Services. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully inspect everything without rushing. Zach explained the condition of our foundation clearly and honestly, answering all of our questions with patience. We truly appreciated his transparency and the way he made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It’s not easy to find people who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but Zach definitely stands out. Highly recommend him and the company!

Technician Zach came to do our annual inspection, he was very thorough and took the time to explain how the system was performing as well as showing photographs as proof to support his observations. I have had mixed experiences as a whole with this company, but my experience with Zach was such the felt the need to post a comment. Hands down the most thorough tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks Zach! Sincerely T.H.

I am very pleased with the work recently performed by Yiannis and Landon. After damage from Hurricane Helene, my home needed helical piers installed to provide additional foundation support. They also performed a SettleStop PolyRenewal project to take care of settling issues with my front steps and walkway. They kept me informed of all the steps involved and made sure I was satisfied with the results.

The team (Cody, Von, Pat, Mike and Will) were very professional and got the job done. It was a long hot day – but they knew the game plan – worked through it and cleaned up at the end. The sales/estimator Trey and plan supervisor Phil made sure all permits were in place and the correct solution was designed for our unique problem. They took the time to walk us through multiple solutions until we found the best one, the instillation team even educated us along the way. I would highly recommend this company – these guys – this team to solve your foundation problems.

5 star review but the Only issue is that 2 of the guys that were here working was using real bad language thankfully my children weren't around but they were yelling and using it across my yard at each other so my neighbors with small kids most likely heard them . They also left nail gun nails all in my driveway which could of been bad if myself or someone else ran them over. They left some trash throughout my carport.

The Charleston office team is professional, responsive to questions, and thorough in consultation with photos and diagrams to problems with our foundation. The team who performed the work were on time, worked all day, reported any problems and offered solutions. Pleased with the quality of work. Our problem was sagging floors due to lack of foundation support beams in a post and beam construction. The building code requirements 20 years ago was inadequate to support the house over time. We had several I beams installed with supporting jacks to level the foundation and prevent further sagging.

We scheduled three appointments with local foundation companies to get estimates on jack placement in our crawlspace. All were professional and.provided information, photos and pricing. We chose Mount Valley because of interaction with John Penn. Pricing was competitive but we felt most informed and confident with John and Mount.Valley. Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

Mount Valley Foundation continues to exceed my expectations. Ron, Scott, and Kolby did an outstanding job on the cellar at our 615 building. They removed years of old debris, installed a sump pump and two dehumidifiers, and left the space looking incredible. What impressed me most was the professionalism. The job site was spotless when they finished, and Ron communicated project updates, arrival times, and departure times every step of the way. This is the third project my sales representative, Carlton, has quoted for me, and every one has gone exactly as planned. I’m a big fan of Mount Valley Foundation. They went out of their way to complete the job on time even when a member got sick the guy, Justin and Messian came through to finish the job on schedule. These gentleman showed us a leak and looked throughout the home to check anywhere else. They buttoned up the crawlspace and gave us instructions for the dehumidifier. The pillar of my deck at the lake property was cracked for years and many builders never took the job to get it done after seeing it. I was extremely happy when the guy from Mount Valley Foundation came up for free estimate and showed me on computer visually how the pillar can be fixed by true experts. John ,Justin and Yannis did amazing on completing the job. I am so relieved that the pillar is professionally fixed. They showed up on time as scheduled. Thank you so much.

These guys almost got a one star and then Scott showed up. Got the team on track, put in the effort and explained the issues properly. Scott is an absolute asset to this company. Whatever you're paying him, pay him more. What was an unacceptable job turned in to exactly what we wanted with a few hours of extra effort.

Clint Weimann from the Greenville branch attended a meeting at my holiday home. Not only did he review issues that we have been experiencing with our foundations at the property, but he also highlighted additional defects and proposed suitable remedy. I was overly impressed by his promptness, attention to detail and knowledge. Well done Mount Valley! Highly impressed!

Excellent, knowledgeable, reliable, dedicated, honest, trustworthy service and proficiency in managing foundation repair, restructuring, reinforcing, and stabilization! Friendly, courteous, and respectful service that will also span years of followup care, hereinafter. These are very qualified individuals, and they were good at their tasks and responsible to manage the care of my home! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Let me also spotlight Jalen, Garrett, and Hunter, the three men that accomplished all of the above-mentioned labor and results! They were terrific people to deal with, too, and I think I may have made some long-term friends in the process as we interacted well together!!! Let me likewise highlight the initial phase of getting the financing approved and writing the contract and getting the engineering in progress and orchestrating the whole project, all that was done by Carlton, who was tremendous in working all of this out! I am blessed to have had his assistance to manage this needful repair!!!

From start to finish Mount Valley Foundation did an amazing job. My husband and I just moved from WI into a 1950s home. We would set our AC to 70 and the humidity would make it 85 in the home. We got a few different quotes and made our choice. As a first time home owner it’s always scary trying to find the right pick but Shaun, Dre, and Alex were all very informative about what they were doing and was always patient about me asking questions. After a day of completion we now stay at a nice 70 degree home with low humidity.

I want to commend the outstanding work of Will Soulier (Foreman), Jimmy Bracey IV, and Myshaun Joyner. This crew recently installed eight foundation piers–six on my property and two at my neighbor's–to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose–even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property–protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. The fact that they completed the full scope of work in a single business day, with quality and efficiency, speaks volumes about their coordination and work ethic. This crew represented their company with integrity, craftsmanship, and pride. Their work and conduct reflect the highest standards, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome.
