We have had two jobs done by Mount Valley on two homes. Josh Craig crew did a good job and tried to save my original hardwood flooring. To be honest though, we live in far WNC and after calling 10 companies…all led to Mount Valley, so there's no competition other than locals who are either crummy or 6 months out if they are reliable and worthwhile. So, although I rate them overpriced, I guess they may be reasonably priced given our situation.

We had foundation reinforcement work done with piers on our property, and we were very happy the way Yiannis and Landon handled the work. Their attitude and disposition were terrific. They explained what was going on and called us to show us what they were doing. We were fascinated by the way this kind of work is done. We appreciated Yiannis and Landon's work, friendliness and cleanliness. We hope to have good results with this work for many years.

Excellent customer service. The manager gave me a heads up call to explain the service options I had before I had someone come out. The service technician they had come out was named Pete and he was amazing. Incredibly personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel a lot more comfortable with the entire process. I had crawlspace jacks installed by Lucas and crew. They were courteous, thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the work, via photos and explanation during and upon completion ,before leaving.
