Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with contractors, start to finish. Our basement was flooding during every heavy rain. We called a few companies and settled on Mount Valley for their reviews and response. They came out, quoted us a great price for a lot of work, and a few weeks later showed up to do it. Upon arrival, the site supervisor noticed that the layout we'd drawn up might not work with the water issues we were having. He made the change on site, got everything where it needed to be, and was out on time. The work ended up being less, and Mount Valley submitted a change order to actually give me my savings. John, Jeremy, Desmond, and Marty were all excellent communicators, diligent workers, and I couldn't be happier. Truly a pleasure of an experience. I wish Mount Valley could do my electrical and plumbing work next.

The Technicians from Mount Valley Foundation did excellent work on my home. They notified me days in advance of their arrival. They notified me the day of arrival and were early on every occasion. Patrick came out the same day I called in to have a quote for my jacks and was very informative. He spent over three hours inspecting my perimeter inspecting every area of my crawlspace. What I am intending to do is take down a weight-bearing wall between two living room rooms and I called Mount Valley Foundation-NOW called Groundworks. Patrick provided me with the most detailed explanation about my crawlspace. I have not used This company yet, as I am still getting other quotes but I will say this is a serious consideration. The prices were reasonable very reasonable and he was applying a 15% discount to that as well. Professionalism was on point. Detailed oriented and provided me with 47 pictures of my crawlspace. Thank you for coming out taking the time without trying to be a pushy salesman. I will be using you For this project.

From day 1 of contacting Mount Valley Foundation, it has been top notch customer service and professionalism! Yesterday the actual work was completed by Hector and Jamison and their work and customer service was impeccable. Very refreshing this day in age you can still find companies that “get it” and it is reflected by their personnel. Keep up the great work Mount Valley. Oh yeah…my initial contact was with Will Dupree and he’s the one who closed the deal. Fine young man and he’s right where he needs to be in the organization. Great with people and very genuine.

These guys almost got a one star and then Scott showed up. Got the team on track, put in the effort and explained the issues properly. Scott is an absolute asset to this company. Whatever you're paying him, pay him more. What was an unacceptable job turned in to exactly what we wanted with a few hours of extra effort.
