Our Foundation Repair Solutions

When it comes to foundation repair, there are different solutions available to perform whatever type of repairs are needed. Your foundation is what keeps your home supported, so it’s important to be aware of any foundation damage and the steps needed for repair. MVFS is here to offer solutions that will best fit your needs.

Helical Piers

Helical Pier

A type of underpinning, helical piers are used to lift and stabilize a structure that has begun to settle. Helical piers are typically used for lightweight structures – like smaller homes and pool houses – and are equipped with blades that can be easily screwed into the ground. In addition to lifting and stabilizing your home, helical piers also move the weight of your home down to the bedrock, managing your home’s weight on the soil it’s on.

Wall Anchors

Wall Anchors

Used to stabilize weak, bowing, or cracked walls, wall anchors also have the ability to straighten your basement walls over time. They use tension between the actual anchor and the steel panel to straighten your basement’s walls. A professional then tightens a cable that is attached to the steel panel and wall anchor, realigning the walls. If your walls are starting to bow, then a wall anchor is what you should use to fix the problem.

Intellijack™ Support System

Intellijack

A crawl space support system, the Intellijack™ Support System supports sagging beams that are located in your home’s crawl. They provide both stability and straightening and they are capable of correcting issues such as springy floors, sloping floors, improperly leveled door frames, and wall cracks on the outside of your home. Over time, the support system can be adjusted if additional leveling or straightening is necessary.
